    I like the keeping record after meetings. I do this but I’ve noticed that no other supervisors document so I stopped because I thought “Maybe I’m being too analytical and it’s not that serious.” Now, I feel more confident to start back knowing that this is a good rule of thumb. Thank you. Your videos are helping me tremendously.

This will help you to provide positive and constructive feedback with clear examples and it’s also a great way to back yourself up in case of conflict or misunderstandings.
