3:49 love that this celebrity chef worked in San Francisco. But 5:20 is more like my style of food. I cant wait to watch your entire Thailand Gastronomy series.
Yes, each local place is amazing in its own way. My team and I were glad to have collaborated with local businesses to promote Udon Thani 😃 Thanks for your support to our program. 🙏
I wished I had watched your video before going to Udon Thani 😭 We went to amazing places but the places you have shown are spectacular and off the beaten track! Well... Next time!! Hopefully very soon! 😊
Thank you so much for sharing. I was blessed to have met many wonderful local people who gave me kind advice to travel around. Glad this episode will be helpful for your next trip.
Fantastic vlog Art, I'll be in Udon Thani next week, I am staying with my partners family in Phang Khon, which is 1.5 hour's drive East of UT, can't wait 🙏
looks interesting to have figs featured on a tart! do you know that fig can be grown in the tropics? it's just that fig needs to be grown inside a greenhouse as it does not need so much water to grow since it is one of the drought-tolerant plants alongside pineapple. in Malaysia, there is a fig farm located in the middle of the former sugar cane plantation close to the Thai border in padang besar.
Great information! I believe Fig is a tolerant plant as Isan sometimes has drought problem. The fig tart I had tasted really good!! Thanks for always sharing your good thoughts 🙏
