Let me know what you think of the review and the KLM business class service. How do you think it compares to other airlines’ business class products? Please give the video a thumbs up and subscribe to my channel for future reviews.
I like the fact that you get all the food for your main meal in one go, handy if you’re wanting to sleep or watch a movie undisturbed. And wireless charging is super convenient. I’d happily go KLM business
For a night flight I agree the food on a tray was good, but it could have been more substantial. The seat was good, and the wireless charging worked really well.
Very clear and balanced video, thanks. I've been flying UK-Tokyo for many years, and for the last decade with Emirates via Dubai. The KLM business cabin looks OK, but not a patch on Emirates' A380, and Emirates' catering is on a totally different level. There would have to be a substantial price difference to persuade me to choose KLM.
It's a good looking hard product, but seems like part of the soft product is letting it down. I don't think that KLM would be at the top of my list of choices. Recently flew LHR-CDG-FIH and return BZV-CDG-LHR on Air France business and found it to a good product. The food was certainly better than your experience. Thanks for a good, fair review. looking forward to more videos.
Great review, thanks for sharing! I did Rio x Paris x Dubai x Ams x Rio some months ago (in economy though). Cabin crew in KLM economy was really nice and great. I have not tried the new business in KLM 777, only the old 2-2-2 and the 787 1-2-1. I have the same thoughts as you, the food in KLM business could be better. If you go in economy KLM flights from AMS they offer a 'Celebration Dish' for extra cost, that is a really good meal.
As always very succint and fair review. I loved KLM Business 30 years ago (especially the ceramic Dutch houses!) but have not tried them since. This seat looked comfortable but the colours are a bit bland. The food/drink options are very disappointing - little choice and not particularly appetising. I guess the price is reasonably good.
Do they provide an under blanket/ mattress ( like Emirates ) ? Or do you just sleep on the sweaty seat. I hope they refunded your WiFi charge as it didn’t work. I’m flying KLM business class Amsterdam to Atlanta in January, my expectations are low ☹️
No under-sheet or mattress unfortunately. The seat wasn’t too bad as a bed though. From AMS to ATL I assume it will be a day flight and the food offering might be better:
KLM has a different approach to the business class in comparison to Air France. That Airline is a more upscale company. KLM shines in customer service and friendliness, compared to the hautain French. I can imagine the food after departure may have been a bit underwhelming if you expected AF. It’s a night flight with two meals in a relatively short flight of approximately 6 hours. Then the amount of food that gets wasted is something to consider. I hope you selected a gorgeous house, before arrival.
Disagree with the comparison. I’ve used KLM and A.F. business class in recent times and overall find A.F. better on all counts. Nothing wrong with KLM but contrary to your experience A.F. staff were more efficient and just as welcoming. Given the choice I opt for A.F. each time though I don’t dislike KLM by any means.
Business class catering has gone to the dogs on most European and US carriers. There is nothing premium in a one tray service and the food on the tray is often times less than appealing. I fly American Airlines A LOT and the service is consistently mediocre. Once in a blue moon, you'll get an exceptional flight attendant, but that's about all you can hope for. Business class seats are all the same. In the end, it's the space you're paying for. For flights of ten hours or less, I chose to fly Premium economy. Same crappy food and service, but for less. Economy? Never. I have found Finnair long haul Business Class to Asia delightful and a good value. Happy travels!
Thanks for the interesting review! 🙌🏼 Food looks terrible. But very typical for KLM. Small portions, quite often disgusting presentation and poor quality. I think there are better options to fly around the world.

I absolutely love your videos. Keep up the amazing videos. Did you say the houses are filled with Gin?
Very fair review, with no pre-conceived conclusions.
I like this review, its clean, informative and not unfussy. The music is a bit dull but that's minor. Keep going mate, here for it.

Thank you 😎 It does seem KLM needs some work on its catering.

That meal looked thoroughly disgusting
