    When u are in a situation where u are not able to fight n not able to go back from that sit .such situation is known as fear n discomfort..
    Main points of this video-- 1)step is to fight with that situation by taking actions.
    2)Ask urself -wht will learn from that situation.
    3)Again ask urself --which action should be needed to take to deal with the situation.(make a list of actions)i.e think wht to do n not to do .
    4)Enjoy ur action
    5)Busy urself in physical activity 👍👍
