I am a web designer and developer and i am always facing heaviness in eyes and head, i always feel that there is so much burden on my head , I always feel anxiety, whenever i go out of home, my heart beats increase. Not able to feel n enjoy my surroundings.
I see all of your videos. And doing cbt on my own since 2017. In 2017 I was 20 year old and I got hospitalized dur to chest pain and stomach pain. All reports where normal but doctors found that I am having severe anxiety disorder with depression. I took antidepressants course for 2 years and then I stopped when I moved to Canada. Not after five years I am having same problems again. I do write journal and practice all meditation techniques. But nothing is getting better. Sometimes mood gets better but then after same old feelings hits me harder.
