Although Azerbaijan joined the group later but was first to provoke and attack armenia so its Russia's responsiblity to be security guarantor for armenia which they failed to do so. I might be wrong tho

According to international treaties, Russia had no right to interfere. Russia sent peacekeepers there so that no more blood would be shed because the Armenians in Karabakh were surrounded.

L&T can offer the Sudarshan System to Armoured Columns of Armenia. It's cost effective and will help them destroy Drones as well as Loitering Munitions who look to target Armenian Armoured Columns. Lourering Munitions can also be offered to Armenia by India. Again cost effective and increases their firepower against Azeri invasion.
Another set of weapons that can be offered to Armenia include DRDO MANPADS & Rudra Helicopters.
MANPADS will help their armoured columns to defend themselves against aerial attacks by Azerbaijan while LCH will give their Armed Forces aerial protection while organizing a counter attack and also defend against Azeri onslaught.

First of all Russia is now siding with Azerbaijan and Turkey at Armenia's expense due to changing geopolitics after the Ukraine war. Armenia is aiming to become a multipolar neutral country for the time being.

Indian people who don't know why India supports Armenia, let me explain why:
Iran - does not like Azerbaijan; they see Azerbaijan as a potential threat to trigger 25 million ethnic Azeris to stand up for their rights and unite with Azerbaijan. It's in Iran's interest to weaken Azerbaijani power in the region.
Pakistan - loves Azerbaijan because in the 1940s, Pakistan was fighting two epidemic viruses (bubonic and pneumonic), and an Azerbaijani millionaire sent 300k ampoules of vaccine to Pakistan, eventually stopping the spread. Remember, hundred thousand people died from these plagues. Since then, the Pakistani nation has respected Azerbaijan. Also, Iran-Pakistani relations are not always good.
Georgia - remains neutral.
Russia - helped Armenians in the 90s to invade Azerbaijani territories (tanks, helicopters, ammo). But after Pashinyan, Russia didn't like the new pro-Western Armenia and allowed Azerbaijan to restore its territorial integrity.
India - a new player here. India doesn't like Pakistan and sees Armenia as a new arms customer. India doesn't want Azerbaijan to halt rail link plans to Russia or the Black Sea. Also, Azerbaijani-Pakistani relations have started to bother India, and India also wants to have a small backyard barbecue area in that region, because its neighbor already has one. Lol.
Turkey - supports Azerbaijan because they share the same ethnicity, history, etc. It's like a parallel world where Russians and Ukrainians love each other.
France - supports Armenia because there is a huge Armenian population living in France, and their votes will be needed in the next elections.
