This seems very similar to a dessert called Strawberry Pretzel Salad served here in the US Midwest. I've never made it, but I think the main difference is crushed pretzels in the crust. Since I can't stand pretzels, I've been thinking what else to make the crust out of. This'll do! Sounds delicious!
