I like your little series. I also read somewhere to first create public transport before zoning so that cims arrive via public transport instead of by car or taxi
Thanks! If you can afford the cost of maintenance right from the start then yes. But I prefer just planning the lines and the rails and when the right time comes, turn on the depots and start a few lines.
After the PDX Mods update the state of the game was so devastated and I just couldn't play it anymore. I fired up the game last week and finally, it was in a better state and they fixed TAA, so maybe as you say, some day I will restart this series. 😅
Your city is nice planned and builded ,but i feel pitty ,you no feel attention to the economic ,no moment i saw how many workers your neeed ,how many educated people you need and have .to keep it in balance.,its feels everything is on building and esthetic ,i like the ways you zoned ,you mixes of different styles, its normaal we have to rebuild many thing, they rebuild paris full before it came like now , we can not build in real world like we build in the game,. some country will be bankrupt on terraforming before they building, luckt terraforrm is free in the game.
Yes, you are right. If you look at my other video guides, You will see that I'm more focused on aesthetics, urban planning, and realistic building. But since this city has only 5K population, there's not much going on at the moment. The way I play is I like to build momentum, and only after the city starts to get bigger and more populated, I get into more administrative stuff. While yeah in real life, too much terraforming is not something you want, but also in real life you are not stuck with only one or two designs for a particular building, so you have to adjust the terrain to the building in order to look good. In real life, you adjust the building to the terrain.
