It took 7 months to get the building permits and now I'm finishing up the lighting design. We'll have a video update on this very soon as construction starts.
@@ItsTrackTimeomg it must be in Austin city limits - or some other city controlled by the leftist. Wherever they are in charge permits are almost unobtainable. I remember living in the Bay Area (NorCal) and permits were nearly impossible - I laughed when you said it’s the hardest part of the project. People think you are exaggerating to make. Point - no you’re being literal. Looking forward to the update video - the cad model looks great and can handle more cars than I thought.
