Ive recently found someone on youtube who just does charcoal and it really inspired me. I started using it on procreate and i was just vlown away by how chaotic and freeing it was. Ive really wanted to get away from drawing and the strictness of lines. I want that mix of drawing/painting. So i can get both with charcoal, black and white (which is my favorite ) and you can just go crazy. I'm new to difital painting and it really always felt overwhelming with the amount of brushes and when to use certain ones etc. Trying to K.I.S.S. to keep the energy and fun in it. Hope you get some awesome results!
I'm loving it more and more! I think you nailed it, it's that perfect mix of drawing and painting without getting too bogged down into either. Super great method!
I really like this beautiful work. (I recommend you to try the SK1 AND SK2 sketching pencils from the Krita Community, which are completely free, and the Charcoal pencils, which are also very powerful and wonderful and very varied.
