@@DCshandle Sorry man you are really wrong. Gordon adds chives to his eggs. Plus, the ones in this video are very undercooked and wayyyy too runny. If you watch his video the eggs are creamy but firm. Not like the mucus this guy puts on the plate.

raidenkeify -THANK YOU. I’ve made these and those chives bring everything together. I grew up scrambling eggs in a bowl and dumping them in a non-stick pan- no butter. Maybe it’s a California thing but these eggs are fairly heavy for my taste. That being said, they are delicious and if you forget the chives then you’re missing out.

Some people do, some people don't. I grew up being taught to do it simple; scrambled in pan, then add your salt and black pepper. I would definitely try the cream version though

Maybe the reason Heston won was because all the other eggs got cold while they spent 20 minutes on Chrissy's eggs and then they made Heston's last so they were the warmest. Just saying, that might be the reason that happened.

They were all complaining about the first eggs not being mixed well but personally that's what si prefer. When I was young, I loved when my mom made me scrambled eggs, and when my dad made them I thought they were just ok. Turns out that my dad fully mixed them in a bowl with milk, while my mom put them directly in the pan without mixing and without milk, starting to mix only when the eggs are starting to harden and adding salt and pepper. (Plus, when I told my dad about this, he stopped putting milk in his eggs and prefers them that way now)
I have tried Heston's recipe alot of times. It takes alot of time to make it. Still worth it.

Ericka Mangabang I’ve never eaten hospital scrambled eggs BUT here’s a little secret from some food establishments’ eggs: they add more yolk to make it creamier/richer. Egg yolks can also be sold in cartons so maybe they add more of that?
Pretty sure they use dehydrated eggs in most hospitals, and add water/ milk to them to rehydrate.

Eggs from hospitals, colleges, or summer camps(maybe other places that make mass amounts) use powered eggs. It’s dried eggs and then they add water. That’s why they taste so different.
