It’s definitely the best showcase of Austin’s vocal ability to date in my opinion. He took it up a few levels and had me wondering why he’d been holding back on us.

"Helplessly Hoping" has the very best two-voice unison I've ever heard in my life. I'm not a big fan of two-voice unisons in general, because they're either boring--including the one there by Home Free--or painful, but they're technically insanely difficult to do correctly, and Home Free gets all my technical respect for that one.

I love your reactions because you help explain the emotion, notes, voices. I LOVE IT.
I love to see people getting into the music. Home Free is a great group, and all top-notch singers.
You know ive listened to this song dozens of times and I never heard that keyboard like note ringing out before but now it stands out like a sore thumb 😆. Thats crazy how loud and prominent it is.💙
I’ve never cared about other people’s “opinions” on anything, but recently I discovered UA-cam reaction videos to music outside of our comfort zone, and yours is one of the top three.
You’re amazing, your unbiased review of talent, regardless of expectations from viewers.
Keep up the great work!!!
I appreciate that!
Your analysis of songs makes listening to the song even better. As a musician I know this is a great achievement. Thank for sharing with us.
The fact you can't get past 7 seconds before eargasm brain tilt. I love your reactions
Love your reactions and your commentary!
Rob is actually from Minnesota! The country twang is learned. I think he actually focused on jazz in college.
I watched HomeFree on the Sing Off a few years ago. They are my favorite group of any group that I ever liked
Great job in explaining what is going on, things I have never noticed before till you pointed them out. They all did a great job! Loved the harmonies and beatboxing, amazing!! Great reaction 🎉 I love Home Free😊
So awesome hearing a reaction from a singer who understands harmony. Killing it 🔥
Thank you for this video. Your love for music makes me so giddy. I learn so much about music listening to you. This is one of my favorite groups. Rob has such a smooth, beautiful tone; he has one of the most beautiful voices I have ever heard. Tim with that range? Shut the front door.
I also adore your voice and would love to see you analyze one of your opera pieces!🥰🥰🥰🥰
I think these guys are the best of the best & I love that you tell us why they are so good. Try "My Church"💙
Haven't seen a lot of this 1 can't wait for your breakdown. Thank God for you and your willingness to teach. Really helps please keep them coming.
My God you are the first reactionist to ever bring up the instrument sound. That is something that always impressed me and no one ever mentions it. Loved your breakdown of the song.💙💙💙
Love your analysis! Wonderful reaction and great choice of songs. This was amazing!
Love your enthusiasm and your breakdown of the singing. You are great . Thx
This is an amazing cover. These guys are amazing and mesh so well. The beat boxer is world class Rob is kinda R and B because he's from Minnesota and not a southern boy. I love your reaction. I learned so much from it.
This is really interesting! Most people really focus on how spot-on this cover is. I like that you're instead focusing on the ways that they _did_ make it their own. I'm not sure I've heard anybody do that before!
you are very good at taking a technichal description and making it understandable to someone who has not studied music
Love hearing from someone professional
Who can actually sing!!!!
For just that alone I subscribed!!!💙
Rob just knocks it out of the park in this performance!!!
Everyone has given you really good suggestions for future reactions, but I think you would have fun with Quarantine. Before Chance joined the group they did a video called Country Fried Pop Medley that is just perfect. Warning the more you watch Home Free the worse the addiction becomes 💙💙💙 Love your reactions. Informative and genuine!
Thank you for this detailed and compelling breakdown. So interesting.
