Muriatic acid better than vinegar for scale removal?

100% it’s also a LOT faster so don’t get busy and forget it. ;) It creates a NASTY vapor that is bad to breathe and the vapor also INSTANTLY rusts any other steel it floats across. Never do muriatic acid baths near ANY of your good shop tools. Learned that the hard way. I do mine 30ft behind my shop.
