Maybe a heavier flywheel, and an even number of springs, I would also include a gear system for the generator to get it spinning faster that the fly wheel.
I been watching several videos about this weighted flywheel and spring loaded system, and there are several videos in different configurations, and I've only 2 videos that didn't work and I'm basing those on the idea that their springs weren't stretched far enough above the lose 0 negative non-stretched on the edge of not being held in place, cause I think it's looking like the loaded springs really need to have just a little bit of positive stretched force, and how ever many springs and bearings anyone might mount, with the given moment the weighted flywheel is given, whether it be 4 opposite of 4 or individually rotated around the main shaft, it seems that they are being stretched and given that spring muscle to answer back with, the muscled up stretched side should always keep the rotation in motion, cause how else could it keep rotating, it might depend on which idea of configurations might work for you, and I gonna throw one more tool in this matter , there's a really handy you can buy for $110 ,And an archery company makes this tool, it's a hand held pair of hand scales that a lot archery review people use to review compound bows, take this bow scales and use it for either end, hook it in the loop ,if your generator is or does keep itself in motion, stretch the short end position for a live end stressed force you should get something above dead relaxed nothing, and the test the opposite side, this whole spring system has to stay under constant stress ,even the short side ,and it shouldn't matter what configuration anyone might use , but if you can get this system to support your household hay well that's all the more better, best of luck
You didn't show how the machine works in its entirety, apart from that in the sound you can hear the sound of the electric motor on the camera. It's aesthetically mounted, it's easy to divide the image and show only the working things.
It's design was created without the advantage of using sacred geometry, thus, not achieving harmonic resonance in the system. Six crank journals, offset at 60 degrees of separation will offer resonance. The real problem comes from the lack of torque to overcome the Lenz effect that's created inside the generator...

how did you cut the main centre shaft where the bearings join onto the springs and the gaps are? You did not show that on video as that is a solid steel shaft and difficult to cut, well I believe it would be solid steel so need to work out how to do this at home environment.
