The teacher's accent is perfect in English and also perfect in Tagalog. For Filipinos that are interested in learning the correct usage of grammar in English will be benefitting from her. Although, I have a lot of knowledge speaking the English language, I still want to listen to her just in case I missed some when I was attending school. It's always beneficial to continue learning. There's no age limit when it comes to education.

I very much doubt that any of those responding to this will ever achieve perfect English as there is no such language. Just be content that you can speak a basic form of our language.
When l lived back in UK most Filipino people when they were in groups and socialising spoke in Tagalog and ignored the English people.
And that was at a church gathering every week.
      Get a life please

Same with practise and practice - former, verb; latter, noun. In England, we commonly use both. It’s less common in the US. Maybe you’re referring to realise and realize - former, British; latter, American.

So, the main difference between advice vs advise is that “advise” (with an S) is a verb that to recommend, or to give information to someone. On the other hand, “advice” (with a C) is a noun: an opinion or recommendation offered as a guide to action
