  • In this video, learn the difference between "advice" and "advise". These are related words, but used differently in a sentence according to English sentence structure rules and patterns.
Both are used to talk about the best course of action in a situation.
Advice is a noun. The noun is always singular. "Advices" doesn't exist as a word in English. We'll talk about how to use "advice" in different example sentences and how to change the article to make "advice" both singular and plural.
Advise is a verb. As a verb, it's conjugated according to the subject and time reference. We'll talk about how to conjugate "advise" and you'll see it in different example sentences.
Another major difference is their pronunciation. "Advice" is pronounced with an unvoiced "s" and "advise" is pronounced with a voiced "z".
By the end of the video, you'll feel confident using "advice" and "advise" in your sentences so you can improve your basic English grammar.

Hi Jennifer! Thank you! These words get easily mixed as they are so similar! Examples: 1) Some top experts are a wellspring of sage advice. I advise you to take heed of their advice. 2) No matter how daredevil and foolhardy you are, I advise you against rock climbing without a safety harness. I have to be frank with you, would you please get rid of that devil-may-care attitude before you get hurt.

      Thank you !
You should write some English books for international students who are moving to Canada and master English. If I knew you , I would provide you lots examples how ESL teachers make mistakes while they are teaching at Adult Learning Center( Centre). My buddy spent $35.000 just to master English in Canada. I must be honest with you , I ordered 2 books from Amazon last week. They call English Academic and how to write English Academic and essay. Both books cost me $200. They are great books , I didnot care about the prices... ....
Additionally, many international students are happy when they see their ESL is beautiful and hot because in their back homes they donot have Caucasian women there. Since you are a teacher , all you have to do is , you need to know how to hand of them. Some of them have sexuality problems and others do not. According to them when they see white chicks they think white girls want to make love with them. Most the time this negative mind comes from the movies or films they see on TV or internet before move to Canada.
I must be honest with you , you can make money easily due to your beauty ,sounds of music you added in your video.
Jennifer , you have to write at least 2 English books and sell each of them for $ 100 or $200.
What I have done is , I 'm writing ESL book , French book for grade 9 to undergraduate students and same thing for Computer science. If I knew you well, I could show you the front page of my book. How it looks like and I already finished to explain how the sujet et le nom en fraincais...
The main reason , I ordered these two books is , I want to see how authors define the objects there. My idea is new and fresh. First time when I watched I knew right way that you are a great English teacher.
Finally , I was not seeing lots mistakes when I was in college. My brain opened so much when I started university in Ontario.
In short , I take notes every time when you post the new video. I use my notebook first before typing I can type them in my labtop or desktop(2).
Thank you and many blessings !
