If you cared so much about the environment, you would make soap from scratch not just use melt&pour bases. Regular soap doesn't need the kind of packaging that MP does.
Also a pet peeve of mine is when people say handmade or even 100% handmade and it's just mass-purchased MP.
Like... I don't knock it but you are really decorating soap, not making it. I get annoyed by the lack of transparency from a lot of sellers.
Other than all that, the soap is cute.
Thanks for mentioning the use of melt and pour. I was wondering why they hust use hot liquid base and pour it into the mold without adding anything else. Now it makes sense...

Pickles0711 exactly! I'd rather support a soap maker who makes cold process soap! It's easy as hell to just melt the melt and pour and put colors in it, true talent in making soap is definitely cold process soap and other forms of handcrafted soap

I’m not a vegan but I’d say the soap with natural stuff is usually always the best. Like with ace or dove skin is almost always dry after
The Basin at Disney Springs must purchase from them because I have that skeleton soap that's featured, and The Basin calls it "Remember Me". It smells super delicious.

I am no grammar expert, but I believe the title says "Soap Factory Makes (...) Products by Hand". In other words, the soap factory has hands. So, if that machine belongs to the soap factory, we can assume it is the hand of the factory, hence all products made by that "hand" are hand made! qed.

I am an artisan soap maker and I know that this soap is melt and pour which isn’t handmade so this isn’t so amazing after all😕

Your average bar of soap is less than 3 ounces. There's 16 ounces in a lb.
My family owns a soap company (cold process). A 5 lb block of soap (which we don't sell; we cut them down to 4.5 ounces) would sell for about $210. For melt and pour though, I'd expect it's quite a bit cheaper.

Just support your local soap makers. You can get vegan, non vegan, and minimally packaged soaps for probably a lot less at your local farmers market.

I make cold process soap. I see soap, I click. I was a bit disappointed to see a bunch of melt and pour. I know some people like it, I just can't unless I'm letting my 8 year old make her own bars while I'm making my batches for sale.

7 years ago I always advertised my brand as vegan soap and skincare because it was more difficult to shop for products so i wanted to take out that guessing game and tedious research for customers. Now it seems everyone is using the "vegan" buzz word. It's great if they are but unfortunately there is a lot of brands and makers using the word when they are simply not vegan. It's very annoying.

There are lots of companies or just small teams who make their soaps vegan. There are lots of vegan oils for that. But also they don't wrap with plastic 🙃

looks cool. way too expensive. ill stick with the soap guy, crate 61, and dr squatch for their pine tar. If these soaps were reasonably priced Id buy one. 80 dollars per loaf is insane.
