Sharon, thank you for the BEST tutorial on carving on You Tube. I spent New Year's Day carving the little farmer and he turned out great. Thanks again.

You are a great teacher. I really enjoyed this series , just finished carving the little fella . I'm use to carving wood spirits on pine knots which are a little bigger . I have big hands so this was bit of a challenge, but it was a lot of fun . I'll paint him when I have time. If you don't mind me asking what do you charge for them.Thank you for sharing your vids.
BEAUTIFUL! So talented
Hi Sharon
A superb series of lessons on carving miniatures! I'm new to carving, and see myself as mostly spoon and greenwood carving in the future. However, before that I want to carve plenty of little people, and animals for my grand-daughter. My question is about the antiquing: I'm aware that boiled linseed oil contains metals and so I would be concerned as to its potential toxicity. Can raw linseed oil be used in its place, or are there proprietary non-toxic antiquing coatings available?
So Good so Great! When will you carve another one on you tube? Can wait!
Thank you, Gilles
I use boiled linseed oil on my intarsia work but never thought of it for carving. I have been using Danish Oil and not that happy with it. I will be using this on my next one!
Great video. Thanks
wish I could carve like this
Thank you 🌹
Are you doing more,i think they are brilliant
Hi Sharon.. thanks for "Sharon" your incredible talent with us! Have you ever sold or made a custom little person piece?

Hi Sharon, Oren Segrest here. I am 90 years old and have been carving 40 years. I carved wild fowl for exhibition but I have reached the
the point that I cannot spend the hours on a carving that it takes to compete with these young guys but I still want to carve . I
saw you carve a cute little man that had class as well as detail and I want to do that type carving.For. all the carvers I watched you got
me hooked ,Now, do you sell the stick that provides the steps in what cuts are made in accomplishing the head and face features? I would also wish to purchase one of your finished Little Man carvings
What is the last step? what do ude for antiquin?
how much do you sell your little people for? thanks
