Hi Gustavo! You didn't really miss the price! We didn't give one because this particular home is not actually for sale at the moment. This builder's starting price is right about $300 per square foot. So for this home, you can figure on a starting price of just over $1 million... but with all of the extra features, you are probably getting closer to $2 million. If you'd like some more specific pricing I can find it for you! And thank you for the kind words about the videos! :)
The home is lovely. First pantry I’ve seen like that. Might need more cabinetry though. I want the formal dining, island seating and oversized nooks. Will have lots of guests visiting from out of state at the same time. We also need 1 story with a pool. That unobstructed view is often. Is it still screened. Looks so clear. Love pocket doors. Love the tub is pushed back. Love the closet. A his and hers side. The laundry room is huge. Very nice. Sink. Counter and cabinets. I understand in some communities in Florida, no street parking after a certain time, so 3 car garages and driveways a plus. Lovely home Amy. I didn’t hear the price but luxury is probably not in my retirement budget. Lol. Spectacular home. Thanks Amy.

@@HeartandHomeOrlando no. Would be nice. But cannot. Only 5 weeks vacation a year. Wouldn’t want to rent it. When we buy, it’s to live permanently. So retirement age. Earliest 62. Plus vacation is still seeing the world. Pretty much see most of the Caribbean. Europe next. Asia. I’m just running on and on. Lol. Sorry.

That jumped out at me too! I asked the builder and it was definitely intentional to have it to one side. You could do something to balance it with shelves or another decorative piece which I think would make it feel more balanced.

All of your homes are lovely but they all are one level and I'd like to have my bedrooms upstairs and everything else can be downstairs do you have two level homes.
Hi Michael! I don't actually work for this builder, I'm a realtor that helps connect people with their homes. But they do have two story floor plans for sure. All of the models we toured with this builder are one story. I have plenty of great two story luxury homes on my UA-cam channel as well! Happy House Hunting!

Are there any neighborhoods with one acre lots?
That can be tough to find in a "neighborhood" in Central Florida. (But possible) Usually, if the lots are that big, they are individual lots. So, you can definitely find them, but generally not in a designated community.
@@HeartandHomeOrlando Bella Collina in Monte Verde has 1 acre lots. (16902 Vinci Way).
@@victortoombs4754 Absolutely... but I tend to think of Bella Collina and communites like that in a different category because that is a community where you are purchasing your individual lot AND choosing a custom builder. There are several other communities like that around the area, but I think of them in their own category.
Amazing what you can get for 400K in Florida.
Well, you can't get this particular home for $400k in Florida... (Add about $1 million) but YES, compared to a lot of places, Florida is very affordable (except Miami!) 🌴
This is a beautiful house. I guess by now is already sold out. I guess how much HOA and Property taxes have to be paid
This isn't really "sold out" in that this is a custom builder. You could build this for roughly $1.5 million and the HOA and taxes would depend on where you built it.

When you say luxury, do you mean $1 million and up?
Kind of... that's a good price point. But luxury usually means a higher quality of finishes in the home (cabinets, floors, counters)... so there can be luxury homes for well under a million as well.
