Love AR homes. I remember back a few years ago, I went to their Castellina Model over in Casa del Lago. The place sold, and I loved the house sooo much. Whenever I want to see it again, I always know where to come. All I can say is thank you Amy for making these great vids!

Lovely 1 story home Amy. Love the master shower because it is private. Don’t care for the glass.
I had mixed feelings about having no glass... but of course, you can see through the glass, so it is even more private to have it tucked back there. I like it!

Hi VeeCee! Because this is a custom builder, you could definitely buy the lots beside the home... but you would probably not be able to keep the lots empty. They would sell you the lot with the expectation that you would have them build a home there.

Can this house be built in Clermont or Winter Garden areas?
It COULD be... but this particular builder has the Arthur Rutenberg franchise in Melbourne, so we would have to get in touch with the local builder and then we'd have to find you some land where they could build a single home. At the moment there are no new Arthur Rutenberg communities in those areas. Hope that helps!

why cant you store things in the attic? i get it that yone cant have basements in florida cause of the sandy soil. i happen to love basements and attics. now what am i going to do?
Well, you CAN store things in the attic... but to do that you'll need to put up boards there. If you do that, you'll flatten the insulation which means you may void certain warranties... AND... it just gets REALLY hot up there. So there are a lot of things that would melt. For most builders, the insulation sits at the bottom, so the space above is not insulated. On a 100 degree Florida day, the temperature in the attic is going to be REALLY hot.

@@spicynomad yes... if an attic (or especially a basement) is a top priority then it will be tough to find in Central Florida :)

This particular home was listed in the $900s... the builder offers this plan starting in the $800s.
