What is with the line "24fps which is the most natural and closest to what human eye can see". It couldn't be further from the truth. 24fps is just standardized for film industry. The point is that before digital cameras film cameras had aperture disks and the motion blur from 180 degree (half circle) disc synced with the 24 images per second recording results in pleasing motion blur. Also, said frame rate is in the slower end of the spectrum that still looks very smooth on playback. 7 images a second looks like motion but is choppy. Over 10 fps starts to look quite smooth. Frame rate has absolutely nothing to do with sight. It just doesn't work like that. It's continuous feed of data that is filtered by your brain so what you can see is easier to comprehend.
