I always preferred having a doctor prescribe mine but will admit I used the online overseas pharmacies to acquire some at points when doctors were blocking my access for BS reasons - like that they felt that the way I was dressed meant I wasn't really trans.

That goes for binders too, i got one recently and it's confortable and all but i'm 100% sure that the ones at stores that actually sell them specially to trans ppl would have been sooo much better.
For T though, I'm actually scared of taking it, i'm scared of having a deeper voice and going through the changes, 'cause i live in Brazil and specially on my state, ppl really, really hate trans ppl, not sooo much gay ppl anymore, not in the same level, but trans ppl are really, really hated around here, my family is like this too, so yeah, i don't think i'm gonna be taking T

I’ve identified as a man for years now. And I went to a doctor for my hormones and stuff. I had been on T for like two years now. Injections. But recently, I stopped simply because of the negative emotional changes I experienced. You see, I also have BPD and it got SO much worse. I’ve legit only been off for two weeks and it’s already better. I still grow facial hair and still am trying to get surgery. But my face is getting more feminine and stuff which is bothering me but I’d rather be happier than more masculine. Plus, I can grow my facial hair still and my voice is deep so I’ll be okay. But question… how do you deal with your monthly visitor? Because that’s gonna come back soon and I’m so scared for it.

U don't need hrt 2 b ur desired gender. Like I have voice dysphoria and also other dysphoria, but my voice holds such a high sentimental value 2 me.
Ryan! 1) You are a very talented young man.
2) I admire your honesty.
3) I've always been a concerned, parental kind of person, even when I was young. (I now have 3 grown kids.) So your story kind of scared me. I'm glad it turned out okay.
4) I'm glad you're encouraging others to go to a doctor! Yes, we all do questionable things sometimes. It takes maturity to own it and let our own lapse in judgement be a lesson to others.
