I installed some window visors and better floor matts. The window visors made a big difference in the internal temperature and the floor matts help with the rain.
The only thing I don't like about the visors for the new civics, is that the window pillars are matte black, and the visors are gloss black. Once you see it, you can't unsee it. Regardless, I installed them anyways, maybe I'll paint the window pillars gloss black at some point.
Well I had these in my Accord. And I can say that there is more noise on highway. And ones I pressed the window button for to long and broke the window Motor. After that I get rid of them. They look nice but it's more noisy with them and you can break down your window motor.
@@krakralca87 that sucks that happened to you. I havent heard extra noise from mine and the window motor seems fine. Maybe ill have to look into it more now.
@@letsgosergio6128 it's just a bit more noisy cause with them the windows are not fully closed. Plus normally when u close the window without them the window motor stops it self when the window reaches the top. And with them u have probably 2 millimeters gap so the window is not able to reach the top fully and motor won't stop automatically If u know what I'm saying 🤣 So ones when I was stoned i hold the button for too long cause I was thinking about something else and boom. Couldn't roll down the window anymore. So u need to watch out for that. 😉
These are rain guards and help with the sun. They help keep rain from entering your car if you need to open a window while its raining and also help with shading from the sun some. They dont add a lot of value but im from Florida and the shading alone from the sun is worth it.
I shopped around the whole state to be honest and got written offers from lenders and took them to my local lender around the broward county area and basically got a bidding war until i found one that had a low enough price for me
Another great video, but you should film in landscape mode because you’d get way more screen real estate.

Haha yea its not the perfect fit but definitely nit a big deal. Let me know if you end up painting the pillars though!
You can just buy some that are glossy to put over, have them on my car

I wish they would have done the in-channel design like weathertech, these look flimsy.
I haven't noticed any flimsyness from mine. I'd say they are pretty solid.

I do not see a difference in road noise unfortunately but it helps a lot with rain and wind when you’re driving on the highway.

It’s for dirty smokers. Anyone concerned about the sun would get a tint job.

Is your duck tail spoiler double sided taped or drilled?
I honestly have no idea. The car comes with it. It is painted on both sides and i assumed its drilled into the body since it comes from factory.
@@letsgosergio6128 I think you should double check that. Most of the extras are done by the dealer and not the factory which puts out the basic car.
Little advice, never ever wash the visors with a micro cloth, scratches come on fast. Use only the palm of your hand. Dry with a leaf blower.
What if I take it through a car wash? Don’t dry it with a fiber towel?
