That's a damn shame. No 12 year old should be acting like that. You can tell he is not taught right from wrong at home or probably even going to school based on the way he speaks. Little punk will act all tough in front of the wrong people and something potentially bad will happen to him. Hopefully he will learn how to be a productive member of society, but based on the lawsuit by his parents rather than disciplining him themselves, I doubt that will happen.

At a certain point people are accountable for their own actions and the environments and friendships/ influences they pick up along the way also play huge roles in behavioral issues . I’ve made my fair share of mistakes and shitty things in my life, none of which have anything to do with the loving mother I had growing up. Would you leave your TWELVE-YEAR-OLD child to talk to strangers and sell questionable substances? Strangers have no idea what could have happened to that water. I doubt there's any safety standards whatsoever there. If this was now a missing child, would you still shrug and act like there wasn't anything wrong with what was happening? This is literally a completely unprotected child being continuously put in harm's way and being taught to perform criminal acts. He should be removed from the parents entirely. We have kids around his age, even a little older, and I couldn't ever imagine putting him in danger like this or teaching them to act like that.
