People can't always see from a video the difference in quality. Aston Martin use high quality materials inside and out. For example check the plastic grill on the front of a Bentley versus the real metal used by Aston. The same inside - it looks like plastic on the door but it's actually metal plus top quality leather covered surfaces everywhere inside.

Aston Martin is my favorite British car manufacturer and the DBX is definitely in my Top 5 Performance SUVs. I also just love all the details that AM brings to the table especially with the trio of mid-engine goodness that is the Valkyrie and upcoming Valhalla and next gen Vanquish. I know there's been controversy about the Vanquish going mid-engine but lets be real here, look at how successful the new Corvette is now that it's mid-engine. I feel that the new Vanquish will be spectacular.
I am man who was raised on Supras, 911s, and Vettes----the SUV going back to the first Pathfinder and everything that came after is against my religion. However, with what they are putting out now under that "SUV" name---the Macan, the Stelvio QF, the F-Pace SVR, the X5M, the Bentayga, and now the DBX, even I am an SUV convert. I am now an apostate: give me a DBX and I'll be fine with it!

One of my customers came by the other day driving one of these. We were able to stuff 14- 50lb bags of firewood in the back of that thing. And yes I loaned him a tarp to put down to protect the interior.
Joe, I guess engine break-in is a thing of the past! All the new cars you review are seriously put to the limit. They have to be broken in at the factory because the dealerships wouldn't let you red-line the engines. I think i do recall you still have to take it easy for the first x amount of miles on the C8 Corvette. Great review as always.
Exterior looks amazing. I'm not sold at all on the interior's center console though... it's ultra-gimmicky and honestly... looks cheap and outdated already. Precious real estate filled up by transmission selector, top and center. Could have fitted a bigger screen instead. And it's not even a touchscreen!
Aston Martin has struggled with interiors for a while. They’re just not up to par. I absolutely love Aston Martin and their styling but those interiors are just almost always so disappointing

Absolutely beautiful. I own a Durango hellcat but the DBX is clearly a whole another level! This is probably the sexiest SUV out there to me.
