Tennis has always had many different ways for it to be taught. You seem to have a universal approach that I am not sure anyone can disagree with these fundamental principles. Just awesome!!!

I have had the issue of dumping forehands into the net for forever because of a lack of weight transfer, thanks for breaking down your own game to help us with ours. Enjoyed your other videos, too, after finding it after your collab with Winston and Karue. Subscribed!

Yo this is good. I've begun coaching a highschool team, mostly beginner or intermediate players. Number one problem I see is the boys are letting the ball drop too low. Will try out these drills. Thanks

Thanks for posting. Always interesting to see how different coaches approach forehand set up. I find the difficulty is racket drop, and feeling whether this is an active or passive movement. It looks like you prep early then active drop with a small pause before forward racket movements to ball contact. I would guess that slow balls allow time for passive drop whilst faster balls need a more active drop?

Dude your forehand is just not compact enough, you let it get so low too you need to hit through the ball with a flatter racquet face.
