Wow I have been reading all of your comments and im in literal tears, I am so grateful to have such a beautiful community of people on here. its truly comforting to know I am not alone during this time and so many people are also grieving while raising a child. being vulnerable on social media is terrifying and you never know how people will handle your pain especially when you are going through one of your darkest times but theirs power in telling your story because you don't know who's live you can change....I love y'all thank you so much .

WOW I mean! I feel like I just need to call you, because I have so much to say! Yes and yes - taking off the cape for your own mental health. Yes and yes! We can't always have it together. So so proud of you - being honest and communicative about your needs. Mama - I am so happy for your and proud of you. This is all so so true for so many of us. I've learned to express to my baby if I am frustrated or upset so that he, too, can learn that it's ok to have those feelings , process through them and then pick back up again.
