I've watch many of your videos in random order and I have to say, this is the most beautiful and elegant weapon I've seen you all make! Would not mind owning something like this!
I can't get over how SHARP it ended up being!!!! Great job, guys! I thoroughly enjoyed this episode. The dedication put into making each weapon in each episode is just stunning!
Yeah, normally estoc blades aren't particularly sharp on the edges, just the tip. But the way they made this sword, the cross-section is basically a perfect compromise between a thick diamond estoc and a more flat rapier. Effectively, they made a rapier estoc, that can perform admirably at either function, though I imagine the armor penetration is a bit less than what a true estoc is capable of.
Mat: "This sword is an estoc (edge-less thrusting sword). It's deadly for both thrusting and slashing." In all seriousness though, thrilled to see reforged be back! :D
to be fair, during the cut test it was having difficulty making a clean cut, despite being sharp enough to actually cut. yes the tatami and the fruits were getting sliced, but we've all seen cleaner cuts.
@@xzane85x Honestly Ilya's form looks pretty sloppy, but it's fine; he's probably not a martial artist. While the others have poor form, they at least keep the edge aligned during cuts so they're still better than plebs.

@@MandalorV7 it's still a reasonable lenght for an estoc (some could be 150 cm long and this looks like is on the 120-130 cm range) and contrary to some popular belief they were two-handed blades. Aside from the sharp edge (estoc were almost exclusively used for thrusting and weren't sharpened) this could be quite accurate indeed.
@THE DRAGON KNIGHT SLAYER64 the Demon Slayer is shorter than the buster so they may have an easier time with it. The design in itself is meant to give Asta a decent amount of leverage.
@THE DRAGON KNIGHT SLAYER64 The Demon Slayer is a heavy sword that is barely the same height as the main character. The fact that he's as tall as Wolverine shouldn't change that fact.
i thought about that, and almost asked for the second only, but the problem is that people would be mad if they did one or the other, and yes, it would be heavy, but its very thin and probably about 14 inches across, whereas the other is supposed to be a rapier esque longsword (i know that some of that is wrong, but its a general consensus about what certain weapons are in games and shows rather than what they were actually called)

Well done. Love the details and the description of the work you do as you do it.
I love the Heirloom sword
Pretty sure that is a licensed design owned by CDPR. They'd have to jump through legal hoops to get to build it
Man at Arms: Re-reforged!!!
Time to make a Sunforged Blade from The Dragon Prince!!
you do know that'd be impossible right?
@@sirbeatlesfan101 You do know he's only asking for a blade that looks like that, NOT one that cuts like that, right?
The blades entire shtick is that it stays red hot, even making something that looks like it, doesn't seem very doable.
The sword is truly looking gorgeous and they all did an amazing job but whoever is at the camera deserves a raise because that is SOME filming skill!
So beautiful blade.
Perfect to crown the return of Man At Arms: Reforge.
Mat: "This sword is an estoc (edge-less thrusting sword). It's deadly for both thrusting and slashing."
In all seriousness though, thrilled to see reforged be back! :D
to be fair, during the cut test it was having difficulty making a clean cut, despite being sharp enough to actually cut. yes the tatami and the fruits were getting sliced, but we've all seen cleaner cuts.
hey, you don't gotta know every fact about every sword to make them I suppose. Still funny though.
Zuko's/The Blue Spirit's Dual Dao blades from Avatar: The Last Airbender
No wonder alurcard.
Easily chop their enemies to piece.
Just look how sharp that sword.
Can we take a moment to talk about how Ilya looks like he's been training in a cave for a boss fight?
He went through a training arc off-screen to prepare for the upcoming tournament arc
He's the only one who looks like he knows how to actually throw a cut. The others just swing like it was a baseball bat.
Now I have a mental image of Ilya ascending the stairs up to Thulsa Doom.
@@xzane85x Honestly Ilya's form looks pretty sloppy, but it's fine; he's probably not a martial artist. While the others have poor form, they at least keep the edge aligned during cuts so they're still better than plebs.
Please make " The Dagger Of Time" in Prince of Persia
@@whitelighter2040 game, movie was not great. I'd like to forget about that moment 😂
@@Badchocobo The Dagger of Time has a weird grip
Potential for some funny humor where they make a mistake when forging and then the video rewinds itself
Vergil's Katana Yamato (Devil May Cry 5 design)
The Mortal Blade (Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice)
Jetstream Sam's High Frequency Blade Murasama (Metal Gear Rising Revengeance)
Jetstream Sam's sword would be awesome if they could also make his sheath with the trigger on it. It wouldn't have to be functional as a trigger, just having it for aesthetic purposes would be cool enough.
Valhalla's Rágnarök YES
No doubt they can survive the zombie apocalypse by making these things
I'd think they'd do pretty well in a Zombie Apocalypse. Their skills would be in high demand.
@@evecampbell3069 U are right
its real life not anime

Now... Eternal Blue or Blue Rose from Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night!
Blue Rose is the prettiest sword in gaming
Period
Blue Rose all day every day.
Grand Izayoi
Zenos Yae Galvus (FFXIV) all 3 Katanas
The Storm, The Swell, Ame-no-Habakiri
with their sheath "Sword Revolver"
Beautiful work of art right there! Glad you guys are making more stuff ive missed watching your builds!
I have to say that all those dislikes are people who don't understand the real art of blacksmithing so for me you are one of the best team i know. If only you make a page to buy one or tell you to make one and buy it from you then I will say this (this channel is one of the best things I ever have found) 🌹💖🌹 Thank you all of you 💖💖💖💖💖
Id love to see Alucards Heirloom sword from Symphony of the Night. Hell I'd even buy it.
That and a Lothric Knight Sword from Dark Souls 3.
Who said this channel was dead?
Karpagonova Věda I thought so...
it was when the production company pulled it
Defy media, but then again I guess they dont exist anymore
Who decided that?
Is it dead now?
Of all the demonstrations of their weapons, this one is the most impressive one to me. That thing will cut through bones like butter. Amazing!
Anubis from JoJo's bizarre adventure would be awesome to see or the mortal blade from Sekiro
or perhaps Jonathan's sword of Luck and PLuck?
That one would be nice. But idk if using if it be really awesome of horrifying if he used real blood for the “P”
Sorry for grammar. Auto correct
Welcome back Man at Arms! Please consider making the Scotsman’s claymore from Samurai Jack.
Welcome back! Now i have two channels to watch for Baltimore Knife & Sword excellence!!
To Matt: When have u guys ever done a "simple build", haha? Love what yall do!!
Man I pass by you guys everyday didn't realize what you all were doing there till now this is super dope I love Castlevania
Men, this sword is just beautiful, like everything you do !!! Welcome back! without you it was sad.
At the expense of ideas for a new weapon, then make a weapon "Cerberus" from Devil May Cry 3
I want you to make Alucard's sword from Hellsing Ultimate
The Musket the Nazi female vampire sniper had was a pretty cool weapon too.
Yes
Or Alexander Anderson's Bayonet Swords
Dracula-Alucard is just devilishly sexy
@@FelixIsMyName if you're talking about the girl on the boat, she wasn't a vampire, that's why alucard tortured her a little before kilking her
Unlike many other projects, this one ended up being pretty damn usable!
Dima Zeru unlike most anime swords this one is of reasonable size and with. A bit on the long for a medieval sword.
@@rosiello5100 Indeed so. But I just judge by the way it handles the milk bottles and the wara.
dude castlevania is my favorite animated series. and holy crap you guys did amazing on that sword
This was one of the most beautiful weapons I’ve seen you guys make! Great job and a gorgeous recreation of the source material!
Asta's Demon Slayer and Demon Dweller swords from Black Clover would be a neat build.
@THE DRAGON KNIGHT SLAYER64 the Demon Slayer is shorter than the buster so they may have an easier time with it. The design in itself is meant to give Asta a decent amount of leverage.
@THE DRAGON KNIGHT SLAYER64
The Demon Slayer is a heavy sword that is barely the same height as the main character.
I could have sworn Demon Slayer was the shorter of the two Swords Asta uses and Demon Dweller was the one that was as larger as him.
@@ECSDaemon haha, i dont remember that well, but i think that the slayer is the smaller one, but i dont feel like searching for the answer since it's yet to yield any importance in the anime and im not caught up in the manga yet, so idk about there either
Now that's a truly impressive sword. It looks to be lively and agile.
Unbelievable work !!! you're just gods of forge !! \m/
Damn this blade looks so accurate and beautiful you did a great job there
Also, you guys should make the moonlight greatsword. 💕 glad you're back.
Erica Wheeler Oh god that would be SO cool! Honestly any variant would do, but I’m really loving the DS3 and BB variants the most. I’d love to see how they’d tackle the blue blade.
It doesnt even have to be the blue one, theres a rusty looking varient that, imo, is the best looking one next to the ome from bloodborne.
Will it be the beginning of the seventh season of Man At Arms: Reforged ?
You guys all know we want to see Thanos' sword.
Marethyu_77 Gamer true
hell yeah, even i wanna see that
