what's awesome is that the original mazinkaiser in the games was infused with getter rays to evolve. It is so sick (in a good way) that the original had both the power of mazinger and getter.

I think Gaiking was missing here for the legal battle that happened between Go Nagai and another Guy (I dont remember the name) that created GaiKing, but took the idea from Go Nagai, so they have a dispute that Nagai Won...but in the end that hurt Gaiking franchise even when it has a new anime, it didnt appear in this great tribute...and also the original Getter Robo was missing...I think it should have appeared along with Mazinger Z
There is a ongoing debate about which of the Mazin Supermechs is more Powerfull, MazinKaiser or Grendizer, since both never appear together in any place but this little vid, and both exceed the Great Mazingers Abilities by a LOT!

@Kenadian2006 Quite clearly, the answer is "the amount of badass is fucking with the laws of the world, causing size shifts". About both Getters, it's happened in the manga. Benkei was in G while Ryou and Hayato were in Shin.
I don't get it, a few things about this seem weird. Aren't the mazingers a fair bit smaller than the getters? And how could they have Shin Getter while G was there? That, and Jeeg is like what, half the size of a mazinger?
My thoughts: G: Ryouma, Hayato, Benkai Shin: Neo Getter Team Think about it, this thing was in the Neo vs Shin OVA so it kinda makes sense I love at the end though, it looks like Getter Dragon is about to step up again and go kick some more ass

dude I know this is a very old comment,but check at the very last scene,you can see that Mazinger's head is missing the pilot,maybe He left!!! I'll tell you more later I'm getting the movie next week.
@ryoma555 From what I understand, 'Kaiser tends to invoke Berzerker Rage in its pilot at first. So, saving the Big Guns as a last resort may be a good idea.
Technically Grendizer IS the strongest...but so is Mazinkaizer. This is why, except for THIS video, you will NEVER see the pair side by side. Not even in super robot wars. To prevent having to answer which is really stronger, as technically the answer is 'Both of them' which kind of breaks reality...
Do some googling. Word of God flat out says 'BOTH' are the strongest, hence why they never share screen time. To avoid going 'Ok, so which out of THESE TWO' is the strongest. It's sort of a paradox. Whichever current has the screen time is the strongest of the pair. The other one, inversely, doesn't seem to actually exist.
Gaiking was a TOEI design, Go Nagai has an uncredited hand in the project but he does not hold the rights to it. This video was a Dynamic Studio production, wich is Go Nagai's own studio. That is the reason for it not showing up.
Neo Getter...Shin Getter...those belong to a different & too recent temporal line.here we have only classical go nagai robots (just without gaiking) mazinkaiser is just the way to give a oni/devil/dimension to koji kabuto, who is into the new robot, like a perverse testament from his doctor kabuto/grandfather, the creator of mazinger zet. great mazinger is obviously guided by his own pilot tetsuya kuruji, where is the matter... anyway the most awesome remains Grendizer

@SEBAS2803 Grendizer just saved Venus, Shin Getter took the enemy hand of!! Besides Mazinkaiser is the most powerful Super Robot in this video. Who is arguable on the same level as Shin Getter and Kotetsu Jeeg (as in MazinKaizer god mode, God Getter, and Kotetsushin Jeeg) and even beyond that Shin Mazinger Z is the most powerful Go Nagai robot at the moment (can't wait to see MazinKaiser SKL)

Grendizer doesn't surpass Shin Getter, though. AT best it is its equal. And Mazinkaiser is an exact match for Shin Getter, too.
