Byl jsem v Petrohradě před 2 lety a město se mi velmi líbilo a petrohradské METRO je prostě úžasné, zvláště ty nejstarší stanice! Jen je bohužel vidět, že do vlaků atd , není investováno tolik jako v Moskvě. Celkově mám na ten výlet (Finsko, Estonsko a Rusko) krásné vzpomínky. Posílám pozdrav z Prahy! 🙂

Schön, dass Du auch Details wie die Kurzkupplung oder die Uhr mit Timer bzgl. des vorausfahrenden Zugs zeigst. Die Geschwindigkeit der Rolltreppen ist geil, da ist man vermutlich schneller als bei uns mit einer halb so langen Rolltreppe. ;-)

I like the trains very much and if you are interested in history, the Prague metro is very exciting and interesting. There are so many things to discover and you'll always find something new. Yes, with some differences... Maracaibo uses overhead wire, only 3-car trains, but with longer cars! Looks a bit weird to me... I prefer the original design of M1 and M1D! :)
Hello Tata! When the train is in the tunnel, you have to speak louder, yes. But it's not hard to speak and understand each other. The trains in Prague have a modern propulsion system and new motors that don't make loud noises. Certainly you recognized it in this video when a 81-71M left a station. Furthermore the trains have anti-noise shields on the side of the roof tops and the windows of the carriages are mainly closed. All these things help to reduce noise inside the carriages. The metro trains in Tbilisi are much louder.

M1 rolling stocks are the worst rolling stocks ever made. You have in those air conditioning that's true but they are only like 3 or 4 vents in each of those wagons it's still hot in there and when it's summer it's even worse especially when a wagon is full of passengers and most of them are standing then there isn't any change to get freshen up. Just my opinion I don't how this suits to other citizens of Prague but for me it's 81-71M more suitable than M1.
It's not from Georgia, but it looks similar. When you look closer, you'll see the difference of door windows and the interior of the trains. Tbilisi copied the coloring of the exterior design with little changes.

The trains are built by Metrovagonmash, but were modernized by Škoda between 1996 and 2011.

I am borned in Prague and I didn't notice any problem with ventilation never and down in stations and tunnels is cold even in summer. ;-)
Ikr, it was a problem with ventilation so they added fans on the roof, but it's still bad
