I really admire your humility... Thanks for the video. I watched a video earlier where the person unscrewed the grease gun at the top just enough to break that vacuum so you can now pull back the plunger a lot eaiser.
I’m right there with you, I’ve used a grease gun enough to know better, but forget the same as you. Seams it never goes as smoothly as it should. One day it’ll stick. I hope, Lol
Isn't it funny how everything goes wrong when you turn on the camera. Mowers running, sneezing, forgetting what to do, etc. That is so ME! I can relate! You get extra points for not swearing your head off (like I would have done!)
Bless you. Thank you brother. Never used a cartridge on a grease gun. I used to load it manually. Now i know. I allways hade some cartridges laying around, and allways used the grease by hand for bolts, etc... now i know how to reload one. :D
Thank you, Michael. Glad the video helped. Oddly, there are those who watch this video and conclude that I'm a clueless imbecile who doesn't know what he's doing. I guess, to be honest, I did have some awkward moments.....
How does this guy have more likes than dislikes and he doesn't even know how to use his own tool? Why this preteen video was suggested to me I will never know...
Hey im a strong guy and my grease g is a beast to pull back and drop lock. Also pressing and turning the threaded top is tough too especially mine with fine threads and the whole thing is greasy. Its a bitch sometime.
Yes, of course! And THEN....you will lose those instructions, and by the time you need to re-load your grease gun, you WON'T remember how to do it. And you will return to UA-cam and watch my video all over again! Wha-ha-ha-ha!!!
Love it dude , I have to do a refresher every time I grease also . dont let the nay sayers get ya down cause those bitches dont do anything except take their chit to be serviced . Love your sense of humor as well .
I wanted to watch this to see if you were making the same mistakes I made. Yes you did. One very big one I learned the hard way is be extremely mindful of where the plunger is pointed when pulled out. It locks into the small slot and is easily knocked out and since it is spring loaded, you can shoot grease, even the "empty" one, a good 10ft. Maybe on your brand new driveway concrete in your first home you built... I keep the screw on top on while pulling out the plunger for this reason and I have the new tube all ready to go before taking off the top. Then remove the top, take out spent tube. Watching where that extended plunger is.... Put in new tube and put on the top. One other thing, your grease gun works similar to a caulk gun with that tab. Only difference is the spring loading. Otherwise I have been enjoying some of your videos.
You may want to head over to the gym for some strengthening work out or get your wife or daughter to help you out for the next video.someone told me about this and it was good ,thanks
It is much more fun to dovit the wrong way. 😠 I planned to do phototutorial, and only after I f*cked up, I realized I should have checked youtube video about it. 🥴
I really admire your humility... Thanks for the video. I watched a video earlier where the person unscrewed the grease gun at the top just enough to break that vacuum so you can now pull back the plunger a lot eaiser.
Thank you! I do this once every 10 years. Forget each time.
I’m right there with you, I’ve used a grease gun enough to know better, but forget the same as you. Seams it never goes as smoothly as it should. One day it’ll stick. I hope, Lol
Thanks for watching. I never remember the right procedure for this, and that's why I made the video.
50 seconds into this vid and I’m convinced that you’ve never done this before and should probably watch a UA-cam vid or two.
UA-cam? What's that?
Well he did the job and that's all what matters!
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Why do we push the rod back in when done
@@HansjeVdTillaert that's all what matters. Great grammar and spell check

Ha ha, yeah! Well, at least I got the job done in the end!
Marvellous as it also shows problems we may run into so the problems are more of a tutorial as well. Thanks much man!
Great video. I'm like you, it's seldom I have to replace a tube and I forget how.
Are there any types of tubes that are the style of the cocking type , with the pointy tip at the end .?
Bless you. Thank you brother. Never used a cartridge on a grease gun. I used to load it manually. Now i know. I allways hade some cartridges laying around, and allways used the grease by hand for bolts, etc... now i know how to reload one. :D
Thank you!

Hey Joe, you don't want to be "that guy"....
It was close but you beat the grease gun
Yeah. I nearly broke out in a sweat....!
the plunger really was stuck. Maybe it needed some grease?
Nice!

Excellent vid. Never used a cartridge before, so this was invaluable. Many thanks.
Yes, I go a long time between grease cartridge reloads, so I have to come back and watch my own video before doing it!
Lmao good man the first thing lol 😂
Folks seem to either hate this video...or love it and have a laugh. Glad you laughed. Some people need to lighten up...
