- About an hour south of Las Vegas is the tiny town of Cal-Nev-Ari, Nevada. Population: 375. It looks like many other desert communities that dot the Mojave Desert, but this one is different: It has a "For Sale" sign on it -- the whole thing. Mark Albert asked the town's owner why she's selling.
