  • Hiking the Tsodilo Hills in Botswana | World Heritage Site
The Tsodilo Hills in Botswana is a UNESCO World Heritage site. It contains thousands of San rock paintings and is home to one of the highest concentrations of San rock art in the world often referred to as the "Louvre of the Desert".
There are four hills. The largest is referred to as the male, the female is next to it and the child and grandchild is further away. My guide and I did the Rhino trail which explores the female. The tour took about 2 hours to complete and I rate it as moderate. They have stairs installed for the harder sections. The female has the majority of the paintings. The male, on the other hand, has the best view.
You can choose from one of four hikes. The rhino which is shown on this video. The cliff and lion trails which also explore the areas around the female and finally the male hill. The male hill trail is the toughest, but the most rewarding as it offers amazing views of the surrounding area #travel #botswana #5410Africa #tsodilohills

@@NickfrNamibia Hope you liked Amsterdam. I live near Utrecht, in the centre of the country. Lots of students too which makes it a nice town!(less tourists, which makes it even better ;) )

    Muito bom!
O que também é muito impressionante são as formações do solo do deserto que fica à frente destas montanhas; são ranhuras gigantescas que eu não sei como foram formadas! Alguem sabe?

Hi, thanks for watching! No I dont, I only do the travel and show people part. There is a reliable, travel company in Botswana called Botswana Footprints that you can try. They assisted me with some of the planning on my trip and did an excellent job.
