So True - I now live in a remote village in the north of England - but spent a lot of time visiting Botswana. A beautiful country, wonderful people, great nature - all-over, one of the world's finest tourist destinations. If you have a bucket-list of life's "to-do's", then add Botswana - you'll not regret it.
@@juanbarberis7192 I take it this includes all the Brit tourists who spend around £80 million annually in the Botswana tourism economy? Clearly you are not very bright, or educated.
Africa, Our Mother-Land! Always home to all of us! Incredible sites and the indigenous-real-Nature sites & vegetation. The earth-off road & dust connects us to the nice smells of mother nature!
I have done the same trip 3 years ago also starting in namibia. Now i really want to go back. This was like seeing the movie of my own trip, but i could never have done it as good as you made this master piece.
5:15 You were at Victoria Falls during the dry season. Go back after the long rains. It is one gigantic waterfall. Walking anywhere near it is like being in a rainstorm from the mist (you will get soaked) and it is so loud that you have to yell at the person next to you.
You are brave and energetic. Lovely roaming. Me and my wife enjoyed Botswana from our bed room as usual. Thanks for your detailed travel show. From Coimbatore, South India.
Wonderful job! Thanks for uploading. By the bye, I have also travelled extensively like you (not just in Botswana, but also in Namibia, RSA, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique, Lesotho, Swazilalnd, Malawi, etc. - All by road only) All the countries are amazing! Each one has its own flavor, although they may look similar superficially. You should try driving in the direction of Tsabong (Go west from Gaborone, Botswana)! That's the true "Kalahari Desert"!
We made this trip in the opposite direction from Kalahari to Zimbabwe and Namibia. It was and is one of the best experiences in my life. I often still think about it and go back to the pictures. Thanks for sharing your trip. It takes a lot of time to get all the material and stitch it k to a documentary of this level.
How long did this expedition take you. I am planning on doing something similar. Can you give me pointers. Did you drive the whole way? I can share my email if u don't mind. Thanks!
