It’s so great to see another Napoleonic video after all these years! Not to mention this animation is amazing, the background, lighting, movement and figures are all incredible! Looking forward to more animations like this in the future.
This is soo nice its surely one of the best Napoleonic animations I’ve seen, the shooting effects were amazing and I like how you made napoleon small :)
I enjoy seeing all of the old heads being used for the soldiers, and I’m very happy to see another napoleonic video! The hand to hand combat scene is incredible, and the editing and sounds are great! This is my favorite animation you’ve made so far :D
Whoah! Great animation! It was great seeing the cannons synced with Thaikovsky's Overture! And I loved the sword stabbing the map! Good luck with the contest!
What a wonderful Napoleonic brickfilm, I like it! 👍The battle scenes are superbly done, with all those minifigs that had to be animated - it must have been a long job that required a lot of patience! A short and brilliant brickfilm summary of Napoleon's campaign! 🤩Good luck for the contest! 😉
Thanks so much Red brick! Yeah, the marching shots especially took a lot of patience, it would take over an hour with each of those shots because of how many figures I had to march lol
It would of been cool to see napoleons campaign in francr in 1814 and neys commanding of the rear guard in the retreat of russia, but since this is what i can assume a low budget production, it is REALLY good for what it is. I'd recommend maybe a future stop motion on the peninsula war, and a lead up from wellingtons victory at Salamanca, to Vitoria
Thank you! Yeah I would have liked to include more scenes for that part, such as the battle of Leipzig, but I was limited by the length of the song. Thanks also for the suggestion, i'm thinking I would like to do a history series covering all of the Napoleonic Wars at some point, so I would definitely do a video covering the Peninsula war. I was also thinking of maybe doing a video solely on Wellington's life.
So happy to finally watch this Ben. The shot of the snow on the flag is iconic and a great addition. I love how you experiment with new ideas in each film you make which always makes me eager for more!
Vive L'Empeur! I admit, half the fun of this video was picking out which head or other minifig piece I had in my collection. Alas, most of my shakos (tall hats) are not nearly as cools as what most of these guys have.... For a future project, you should look into animating a Lego Richard Sharpe adventure!
That was a great stop motion! That fact that u made napoleon short is just extremely funny! I hope I see another one of those stop motions in the future.
Really well done lad. I too have some of the same lego mini figures as you and making a lego stop motion of it was a beautiful sight to see! keep it up the good work chap!
Amazing work dude! I loved how the map and locations helped to tell the story. The battle scenes were very well choreographed and animated, too. Can’t wait to see more from you! Also seeing Napoleon on the horse for the first half and then seeing him be short in that one shot was hilarious 😅
Thank you so much! 😁 They are non Lego figures from Aliexpress, which I’ve linked in the description. They are great quality and feel like real figures though!
This was made at 15 fps, which is what I usually use. Higher framerate doesn't always equal smoother animation, ive seen some animators make very smooth animation at 12 fps!
I knew that someday you would come back to doing a Napoleonic Wars stop motion and you finally. This is amazing and some of the best work you’ve done. I think you should make some more
That smoke effect works a charm! Short legged Napoleon walking across the battlefield really cracked me up. That's where using Lego as a medium shines. Oh, and I've gotta shout out that excellent shot of the snow falling on the flag at 2:26. Flour?
Thank you! I want to make a whole series covering the Napoleonic Wars at some point, so I definitely want to recreate those battles when I do. :) Also I have made a Marengo video before, but it’s 5 years old so not as good as my current stuff 😅

Great, great job!! One complaint is that Napoleon wasn’t actually short, that was British propaganda that prevailed through history. Still looked funny though!
recognizing many minifigure heads from ofc the adventurer's and other lego lines like lego racer sets made me smile :3
Had to include them 😁
Better than the 2023 movie
2:12 that was a perfect transition and shot
Thank you!
It’s so great to see another Napoleonic video after all these years! Not to mention this animation is amazing, the background, lighting, movement and figures are all incredible! Looking forward to more animations like this in the future.
Thank you so much!
the snow shot is beauitiful
Best Napoleonic stop motion I’ve seen
Makes sense that Baron von Barron's grandfather was a Prussian infantryman. Seriously, this is amazingly fluid and detailed.
What a magnificent stop motion.
This is soo nice its surely one of the best Napoleonic animations I’ve seen, the shooting effects were amazing and I like how you made napoleon small :)
Thank you very much! :)
I learnt more about history in this video than in my school
Amazing work. I'm so historically uninformed that this is the first time I'm learning that the 1812 Overture was written to commemorate this event.
I enjoy seeing all of the old heads being used for the soldiers, and I’m very happy to see another napoleonic video! The hand to hand combat scene is incredible, and the editing and sounds are great! This is my favorite animation you’ve made so far :D

One of the best historical battles reenactment in LEGO STYLE I’ve seen. Great job ❤️😌
Thank you! :)
This was so COOL!!!
Thank you! :)
All film is a just 10/10 (if a man has nothing to lose, he will create a masterpiece
DUDE THAT WAS AMAZING!
Sad that you didn’t have the actual Prussian figures and more French cavalrymen but that was still so well done.
Good job dude!
Thank you very much! I actually listened to your songs of the Napoleonic wars videos while making this! :)
@@StarBrickStudios Oh my god that's awesome!
A Beautiful brickfilm and more historically accurate than Ridley Scott version. Good luck with the contest man!
Thank you very much!
Whoah! Great animation! It was great seeing the cannons synced with Thaikovsky's Overture! And I loved the sword stabbing the map! Good luck with the contest!
Thank you, those parts were a lot of fun to do, especially the syncing up of the cannons! :)
Best stop motion I have ever seen
Thank you so much!
Do you have any suggestions to a new Lego UA-camr?
BRO THIS IS SO GOOD

4:20 The reloading looks very cool
hella accurate love also the little napoleon
This was the best stop motion I’ve seen. I also like how smooth the animation was.
Thank you!
The image at 2:12 goes so hard. I love it!
Thank you! I was really happy with how that shot came out

Napoleon was not short, but very interesting video !
He wasnt short, he was the average height at the time

THIS IS THE BEST VIDEO
Great job
absolute cinema
WOW really nice work ! Plus i love the 1812 ouverture ;)

No problem, btw what s the FPS in the video? I try to stick with 17 when i make a movie but you must be on 24
