Look closely. Many of the minifigures that get stabbed or sliced are just reused torso that were already destroyed. Also, the ones that get stabbed or chopped are just generic colored minifigure bodies with decals stickers on them. So, in all he didn't really sacrifice any of the actual vintage bodies.
Now THIS is the content my 12 year old Lego-castle-building self would have craved. It is also, coincidentally, the content I crave as a grown-ass 29 year old man!

Aside from the chopping through armour parts, this has got to be one of the accurate portrayals of medieval history I can think of. Even Outlaw King and Kingdom Come: Deliverance are behind this. Why are people still liking this comment, I didn't say anything noteworthy?

Wow! This probably took over 900 dollars, think about it, he cut up so many LEGO people just got 1 video not only that but all those bows he had to cut!
I counted ~120 minifigures that got at least one part of them broken; that wasn’t even including the bows cut or the parts that got scuffled slightly, such attacks glancing off the Knights’ armour.
I liked the World of Tanks reference at 3:26. Great narrator and foreign language usage. Also good gore and imagery. I'm looking forward to more films in the future.
What I liked about this LEGO stop motion was that it was educational and did a good job of showing the inescapable and permanent horrors of war. It's still graphic with dismemberment, head gashes, and the like but it's LEGO. It shows you the terribility of killing civilians and plundering their homes while still being LEGO-fan-friendly. Lord, have mercy on us all. God bless.

I love that people are still making stop motion for LEGO. I watched these when I was a kid like ten years ago now. These have become like actual films, I see everyone has only stepped their game up.
It pains me to see legos, especially old legos, torn apart like this. But this is an out standing recreation of the battle of Poitiers. Very well done.
I think he was at the battle at Crecy so he might have remembered. These German knights might not be there or hadn't heard about that battle. If these knight had heard of the news then they would have remembered and not to attack.

i was thinking that too. he probably reused a lot of the pieces, and one the bows are like that, he can still use them for other things.

It's unfortunate that how much the arrows affected the cavalry charge is overplayed.

A small detail that I quite like, was that you showed the Heraldry of Earl of Douglas 4:06 representing the Scottish Alliance to the French.

I think he only broke/melt only one part of each one (for example: jay's hair) so, he doesn't spent a lot of money
Some of them seemed like play-dough to me, but some of them look like they are melted... I'm really curios how he is doing his effects
