Currently 34 weeks pregnant with baby #4 about to have my 3rd c section as well with a tubal ligation. I’m actually super excited about it and I can’t wait to have this baby and heal and work on myself and my body. I’ve never enjoyed pregnancy always miserable.. 😅❤ but love my babies! 😊 thank you for this video.
I watched this video to get a clear understanding on the tubal ligation and to pump/breastfeed my 3rd. I was just wondering if the tubal ligation will have an impact on my pump/breastfeeding journey.
You are awesome and I am so grateful for you! Both my babies were in the NICU and what I hoped for (Nursing) was quickly taken away from me. You literally taught me how to still provide for not only my 1st baby but my second. I was able to keep up my supply with EPing for 5 months with my first and then he randomly started latching and continued to nurse for 25 months! My second, I am just days away from 10 mpp and still EPing for her! Thank you for everything you do! Side note, you mentioned no more Biological children - if you were to adopt a young baby would you consider trying to relactate instead of formula? I know this can be a rough journey but I wonder with your history of a great supply if you would have an easier time.
😭😭❤️❤️ I am so happy I could help! You’ve done such an awesome job momma😍 I think it would depend on how we’d adopt. If we were to foster to adopt I’m not sure if you’d be allowed to feed your breast milk to them. If you are, I would definitely try that! If it wasn’t through fostering I would for sure relactate!
I know you no longer pump at night but I wish you would review the new products lactec has like the sleep mama, flange adapters so you can pump laying down and the pump to bottle feeder adapter.
I would get 24 oz out of my right breast and 15 oz out of my left breast first thing in the morning but by 7 months I started to dry up. Thankfully I was able to freeze enough to get my son to a year plus some. But then my sister could never get even an ounce. Mother nature is strange
4 ounces or 40 ounces, breast milk or formula- if baby is healthy, happy, safe and mom is supported, informed, healthy, safe, and happy, that’s what matters. You mommas have so much to be proud of❤️❤️
That has to be so difficult momma! I’m on Instagram regularly and you can find me easier over there since comments on my YT move fast. Please reach out to your OB if you haven’t yet too! They have ways they can help with everything you mentioned and I’d be happy to talk to you!💕
Hi. Ill be going for my 3rd CS early next year, thinking of having tubal ligation but I'm afraid. How was the experience and how are you feeling now? Is your monthly periods the way the were or your having heavy flow? Kindly I would like to know. Following from Kenya
Hey momma! I won’t lie, I was scared too! Especially with all the things I read online. I have no way of knowing if those things were marginalized or if the way mine was particularly done was the difference. I’m 4+ years out and it was the best thing I could have done. My periods are no heavier than they ever were. My symptoms are no more severe. I specifically asked for my tubes to be tied, severed, and cauterized. Meaning there is a chunk missing between my ovary and the rest of the tube. My OBGYN said it was how most preform it now anyways but assured me he would. Again, idk if that made a difference at all with me having a better long-term experience but I do think it’s worth mentioning. I hope this helps🤍
@@MommaAlia kindly I need to talk to you more about it. I'm still thinking about it whether to do it or not. Kindly do you mind sending me your what's up number we talk more about it kindly?
Hi I'm considering as it's my 6th pregnancy, 7th baby.. Lots of health issues... Please help me out, do u hv NY side effects.. Please let me know thank you so much hope you are doing well
@@MommaAlia thanks for the reply, hope you stay well and healthy, please pray for me.. I'm due for c section around 24 March... N want to do the tubal one time, feel teary n weepy n anxiety
Unless there was severe complications (loss of ovaries, extreme blood loss, etc) it should not! I personally did not have any issues whatsoever and my milk supply was more than adequate!
You talk about having a cycle while pumping. I am currently breast feeding and pumping my son Zarek he was born oct. 18th 2019. So still going strong thankfully. But where I was going with this is I have never ever had a cycle since I had him. While breastfeeding/pumping why do I not have a cycle? I know your not a dr. But it’s just a random question I had an trying to get info on it. Maybe you knew or could get info. Thank you so much for replying when you do :)
It’s different for everyone, some women don’t get a cycle the whole time they’re breastfeeding some do. In my case I had my second daughter in august of 2014 and never got a period back after her, I even had 2 more daughters after her, I didn’t get my cycle back until my youngest daughter was 3 months old. (She’s almost a year old this aug 5th) I asked doctors and seen many, and none had an explanation for why that happened to me, the only thing they could think of would be my diet or my weight, but they said there is no way to know for sure.
Hmm maybe it’s just different depending where you live and doctors in your area. My daughters were both born with a rare genetic disorder, and they have chronic heart disease. My 3 year old has multiple holes in her heart and my 1 year old has holes, and hypertrophy. She already had one surgery in March to close up a pda, they did that with a heart catheterization, they said neither child would need open heart surgery unless they needed a heart transplant, but they will need surgery to close up their heart holes, but they said they could do that with noninvasive surgery.
So happy to hear that you've had a better experience! Honestly I think just like with anything it's probably a case by case basis. I've never given my kids' full medical history so whatever I mentioned in this video isn't all the pieces of the puzzle. We're keeping our fingers crossed the holes close and there's no need for the discussion come time for her next echo and follow up! I hope everything can continue to be noninvasive for your kiddos!
@@MommaAlia oh no I completely understand! I feel like that would be so scary knowing that though. I truly hope her heart closes up on its own so y’all don’t have to worry about that. Surgery is always scary for sure! I’d hate anyone to have to go through that, especially open heart. ❤️ I’ll be keeping y’all in my thoughts and sending you positive vibes and love your way! My youngest has a lot of health issues because of her genetic condition, and it’s so scary. She’s on medications and all kinds of stuff, so I understand wanting to keep your babies medical history private, especially when a lot is going on. That’s why I didn’t give full descriptions either, I’ve had people make fun of my children. When it’s already heartbreaking enough to know what they’ll have to face for the rest of their lives. Hoping everything goes great with y’all 🥰 you have a beautiful family!

Congratulations!!! A tubal ligation is great for women who don't want to end up pregnant by accident, trickery, seduction, force or by any reason.
You are the best on UA-cam. I am breastfeeding for 1 year 4 months now and an oversupplier.I wish my baby took a bottle.
😭❤️ thank you so much for your sweet words and way to go momma! You’re doing awesome!🥳

I’m rewatching all your exclusively pumping videos: for the 3rd time lol! This is my last pregnancy you are still my favorite UA-cam mama. 🥰🥰🥰
i’m lucky to get 6oz in a day, i can’t wrap my mind around getting 40! 👏🏼
Seriously, I could only get about 4-6 oz per day.

Hi! Its been 2 years. Do you still feeling like there are no complications from your tubal ligation?
Always enjoy your videos, advice and reviews. You do such a Great job!
Thank you so much!!❤️
Did you have the C-section and the tubal ligation done at the same time right after each other or did you wait until later to do the tubal?
Please help me wean off the pump! I don’t know what to do. I don’t want to get engorged and be in pain again. It’s making My depression/anxiety worse.

will it fully heal 100% back to normal strenght or do you have 50-80% strenght in muscles after c section?
Does tubal ligation effect milk supply and recovery
