I've been following the company and it's cables since I first saw it on Linus Tech Tips but decided to plunge in as a customer in 2021 with the Volta 2.0 cables and usb-c adapters. Loved using them and ended up coming back a few more times to cover new devices as I and my partner got them. Then was even more impressed when I learned how you help out your community with the proceeds. I so look forward to these new cables being able to cover my devices charging going forward, and congrats to you for all the love y'all have been getting for the Kickstarter so far! Love the colour options I see too, very much looking forward to my blue and purple cables!

Hello Adedayo, thanks for the words. I've been looking forward to this cable for a couple months now for multiple reasons and Im glad its finally coming to fruition. Regarding the USB-A to USB-C adapter, it is one of the main reasons I purchased this product, aside from the extension cable. There are barely any A to C adapters that support video transmission or in general the high specs of this cable. Regarding colors: i think pure white really is still missing. I know many people wo like a minimalist clean set-up on their desk including all or mostly white components. Regarding electronic waste, I am a bit sad. One of the reasons I was forced to back this product is because of my current Volta Spark cables. They're great, theyre amazing, however, i only bought them 4 months ago and 2 months later, they have already been discontinued. Unlucky, yes, but its just too bad that I need to throw away perfectly good cables just becasue my USB-C tip broke (the plastic around the tip is/was quite weak and brittle). I really hope that for this generation of the Volta Max you decide to keep tips and replacement parts in production after a products life span and improve the durability of the materials used (a tip should not break even when my phone falls and especially when it doesnt fall on the bottom where the tip is, but on the top of the phone and the tip breaks simply by the shock wave). It really is too bad that it is not possiblento help put your customers by extending the lifespan of your cables past production deadline by offering replacement tips. Lastly, it would truly be amazing if this cable were to support full Thunderbolt 4 and USB4 Gen 3x2 including 40 Gbps, daisy chaining, PCIe tunneling, DisplayPort 1.4 and HDMI 2.0. and the rest belonging to these specs. Lastly I'd like to thank you as well. I hope my thpughts on this matter were of some use. I look forward to using Volta Max and I really do hope you'll manage to fit full USB4 (Gen 3x2) into the specs of this cable.
I knew you were honest and decent since the first time I saw you. You are doing good work and I like your ethics. I can vouch for the oriented customer service volta has. Please try to achieve full USB 4 40gbps. As for the color I would love to see green. I still like the rubber attachments. The USB a to c adapter is one of the reasons I backed this product.

I own many Volta Spark cables already and they are fantastic. For this one, I would like the USB-A adaptor to be captive, as it already is. I like the colour options, I will probably go for Purple (and Orange, if it is available). Keep up the good work (and am hoping for some news on UK delivery for the ever delayed 140W multi-charger that I have on order.. ;) :) ). :)

The connected adapter is a little odd to be honest, If it has significant impact on the overall price of the cable then I would prefer not to have it on there and have it be cheaper price. However, if the price difference is negligible then I agree, just cut it off if you don't like it.
I reakon keep it simple for the colours maybe red blue purple or red and blue ? Could you comment on the refund ( those people that have place an order to save the new cables ) With some of people reach the end of their warranty the tips are’t effective meaning it sometimes charges and sometimes doesn’t and I know the cable is fine how do we solve this
Thanks for commenting. I actually addressed the refund in the video. All reservation refunds will be processed before the fulfilment of the Max Cable. As for the tips, we will be super happy to replace them with immediate effect should anyone run into trouble with the tips. We are here to serve and satisfy everyone of our customers. Will the reservation bonuses be shipped with the cables or separately? How will you be able to tell which customers placed reservations and how many reservations each person placed? @@Hens0nick We purposely took reservations on our website, which is why we decided not to refund the paid reservations until we have confirmed everyone's order and are ready to ship. This way, all VIPs who paid the reservation fee will receive an extra package in their survey, which will consist of their Free Bundles. Since we are using our own fulfillment hubs in the USA, UK, Australia, Netherlands, and Hong Kong, it will be easy for us to put the orders together and ship them to our customers.
