Looks like a great option. All of our rides are under 3 hours. Our neighbor currently has a 2021 Levo with a 504WH battery. He rides only in trail and turbo. After countless rides he has not ran the battery down low enough to worry about getting back.
I also had a Levo and rode 80km and 1400 of climb. Now I have a bike with Shimano EP8 and 504 Wh Battery. I have a similar setup but the range is 30%-35 less. So if you have a Levo... Keep it

@@SamsBikes you should mention in your vid that the 504WH battery used on this bike is the new Shimano BT-E8035-L which is the same dimensions as the 630WH(BT-E8036) battery and can be interchanged on this bike for people wanting longer range. Specialized 500wh battery is $1000 AU so the Canyon spare battery is relatively good value, I have been thinking about a spare battery as a way to travel with your ebike ie send the battery by sea and take the bike less battery by air with you New Zealand is looking good as an option from Australia and you will save the cost of the spare battery in not hiring an ebike when you’re there Plus you have an extra battery if you want to do a mega cross country ride
we can pedal super enduro ebikes around on cross country trails and have big days out. but is that what they're made for? I look at these as a way to get back up a really steep track after a fun downhill run. Great video
