It was a tall sandwich!! Usually a club sandwich is cut into 4 triangles after assembling it. That might help.

The Egg Sandwich has always been a favourite of mine, I likeca nicevthin slice of tomato on it, and I've used different types of cheese, depth on what I had on hand.... Swiss or Cheddar are also very good on this Sammich. :)

I would have put the salt and pepper directly on the tomato and avocado instead of on the already salty bacon.

Protip primal foods brand that can be found at Costco has a mayonnaise that is exactly like homemade mayonnaise the same ingredients everything it’s like four total ingredients I think nothing like it

Oh boy I love that muffuletta! I could see it with roasted vegetables cheese and fresh basil with arugula and toasted pine nuts….and I love tapenade!
Food is love
I make an avocado Mayo blend, and never use iceberg lettuce. I use romaine or green leaf lettuce because it is higher in nutrients.
All are my favorite. I do prefer a shrimp po’boy though. And toasting a muffeletta is best!

Watched one of your vids yrs ago for arugula,garlic an butter , it's delicious by the way an for some reason this is the first since and i have missed out it seems , sandwiches look great , to the comment the chicken didn't look done i say always use a thermometer in your kitchen anyway those people you poison could be your next in-laws an yours looked perfectly done , just did two the same way day before yesterday, they looked the same an the temp was 165 after resting for whatever that's worth, k going to look over your recipes an Thx :)

I'd have to grab a jar of Best Foods mayonnaise in my neck of the woods. That's what it's called here.😊 I've always wondered why certain brands have a different name on different sides of the country. Like Edy's ice cream is called Dreyer's here.

The fried egg sandwich was my favorite, spectacular. But the chicken in the 1st sandwich didn't look cooked all the way through :(

Here's a tip....Don't touch raw chicken then put that same hand back in the salt container. That's a no-no.

Do you use oil to roast the chicken?
Your Muffaletta looks lovely, but you can’t substitute the Muffaletta bread. And I have never seen a Muffaletta with any greens on it. We don’t so much do healthy in the South. :)

I always put my salt and pepper on the mayo, it seems to melt into the mayo.
How about mustard oil instead to brush around and bake?
