Of course it's my job to do the marketing to get the home sold or a new home bought with the best terms for my client but I value my client's input and engagement. I like to educate them about the process before we get into a transaction so thatthey have a clear, realistic, idea of how it works. That way there are no, or at least few, surprises that might derail their goals.
