More of these classic style homes please! I know LA is full of them but they are rarely featured here. The modern mansions are cool but start blending into each other after a while. Love the backyard and primary suite of this home.
I would actually call this timeless rather than classic. It looks modern to my eye, it would look modern two centuries ago and it will most likely look modern two centuries after now. The glossy blocks will go out of fashion within a few decades, but this will stay as it speaks directly to your soul.

I’m actually shocked developers haven’t bought the place, tore down this house and split the lot to build two houses. Unfortunately, That’s the trend today with a large lot like this

I can see how multi millionaires can just as easily go broke as a middle or low class individual. Watching these fantastically expensive home tours, it seems like the appetite for perfection is never satiated. Feels like every other video I find a new favorite home that makes me forget the last. I would take this rustic contemporary masterpiece over any of those cold/soulless gigamansions any day of the week with their all-white walls and cookie cutter interiors. I feel as though this is one of the few remaining gems left in an area flooded by new millennial tech money. There's so much charm within each individualized room and the views evoke a sense of aristocratic hollywood life in the 30's. The whole place feels majestic without being overbearing. What an incredible property and even more amazing tour!
The house is amazing. Very cozy and really feels like a home. A private playground across the street for the kids. Not many fancy rooms like we use to see in other houses, but it is what gives this house the feeling of home for a family. Taking in consideration other houses I've seen in Berverly Hills the price seems to be fair to the amount of space and amenities. With all that being said, I want to say I am loving Enes new looks, fitting the houses/places he is touring, which shows that they care about all the aspects of the lifestyle of the places he wants to show.

This is undoubtedly my favorite . Every aspect of it I absolutely love and makes me feel warm and cozy even though it’s huge. The details are beyond. And you can tell it was designed for someone who wanted to live there and feel at home and not just showing off. I I’ve always loved these particular types of exteriors. There’s tons of them here in San Francisco. Those old tycoon style estates they take you back to a different era. But then you walk inside and it’s perfectly modern and up-to- . The detail is insane. The feel of it is perfect. Warm cozy great materials. Insane craftsmanship, everything about it on the inside, even though it’s scaled so huge it just doesn’t feel too big. The colors in the tones blah blah blah. I’ve really liked a lot of your houses that you’ve shown a nurse three but I’ve always been really high but this just….it’s perfect.
Now, this is a beautiful home. Traditional homes have character that modern ones are lacking. I would love to see more like this one. Also, great camera work and editing.
YES ENES, please show more houses with character! The modern/minimalist homes I feel like they get a bit repetitive. I tend to skip over those but it’s houses like THESE that make me very glad to watch your channel! Also it’s very hard for me to watch anyone else present a house even if it’s something I like, I’ll keep thinking I wish Enes would’ve gotten this one. 💛 and you too Mikey, love the duo. I feel like you both have a similar interest in homes that I have.
One thing I love about homes like this is that there is actual land. Meaning you can have a family with small kids and have them run around outside, play catch and do all kinds of things
If you look at Google maps of LA (yes I'm the loser who's done that), there are hundreds of these mansions with huge grassy land. Enes doesn't usually tour them for some reason but I hope he continues. It adds a huge amount to the home, if I was a millionaire I'd definitely want proper outside space like this instead of a glass box that just about fits on a hillside.

Over the years I noticed how incredible the videography has become. Mickey, well done on the editing and Enes is the best host presenting these kinds of homes. There are a lot of house tours online and I believe even the best real estate team cannot present the way Enes does. I feel they should get a piece of the sales pie.

I’d love to see you tour these properties next: Green Gables in Woodside (all 7 houses), the 69mil and 59mil homes in Newport Beach with the amazing views, the Leonard Estate and the 32mil Coronado home, also the apartment at 2006 Washington in SF.❤️
I don't normally review, not because I don't like or even love the video, but because I'm lazy. With that being said, I really adore this property. I love natural earth tones, and this Italian-esque vision is one that cradles many of those tones. The climbing ivy and the hideaway staircase outside give way to an almost magical look. Definitely feels like you could decompress from life in a place like this. Very beautiful, thank you~

Fewer grammar mistakes, phenomenal estates, international travel. You take me to places I will never be able to afford or visit, and I get inspired to dream bigger and create my own designs and blueprints on a serviette at a café. I am very happy for you, the team creates great content, and you guys deserve to be invited to unique places/mansions/farms/yachts/... This is definitely one of the nicest homes i have seen on the channel. Although the modern ones are great, they don't have this level of character and detail. This is definitely a home rather than just a property. Nice find Enes and Mikey and great vid 👍

I’d love to see you tour these properties next: Green Gables in Woodside (all 7 houses), the 69mil and 59mil homes in Newport Beach with the amazing views, the Leonard Estate and the 32mil Coronado home, also the apartment at 2006 Washington in SF.❤️
I don't normally review, not because I don't like or even love the video, but because I'm lazy. With that being said, I really adore this property. I love natural earth tones, and this Italian-esque vision is one that cradles many of those tones. The climbing ivy and the hideaway staircase outside give way to an almost magical look. Definitely feels like you could decompress from life in a place like this. Very beautiful, thank you~

This house is tastefully designed. Floors, ceilings windows, furniture, materials, etc. It's just beautiful... and all that land. The pool is big and I'd always be in it.... and that tree is amazing.

I can see why you would buy it. Because if i was living in LA and had the money I would too. It s a large house but also perfectly proportioned as no room is overly large as to be overwhelming or impersonal. Kudos to the owners for building such a magnificent home, yes a home. I agree. Even the upstairs hallway chandeliers that Enes barely mentioned are breathtaking! Although my favorite feature is the huge back patio. As Enes says, you could entertain 100+ people there easily.

We used to call them teeter-totters so Mikey wasn’t far off! Gorgeous house, I definitely like this style more than the modern glass boxes, so much more interesting architecturally. That entrance alone with the wood panels was to die for.
