You elevate a man to the status of a god , but he wasn't a.god. He was.a.drug addict , alcoholic pedophile. Don't say he wasn't a pedophile because it's a proven fact that he always toured with three 14 to 15 year old girls who were always ready for pillow fights , kissing and cuddling. He was well known for liking his girls very young. His marriage ended with a rape. So , not a god., just a very flawed human being.

Its all in the marketing. Elvis was a man like any other man. His life could have been longer if he had chosen to get off the drugs and alcohol and if he had eaten a little healthier. Whether you like it or not the man was living on borrowed time. Yes , he could sing well , but he was not a god. He had flaws. His inner circle never told him no , so a lot of blame lies on them. Giving him all the drugs and young girls that he wanted messed with his head. Who didn't know he wouldn't have a long life ? He's actually lucky to have made it to 42.

He couldn’t go out in public without being mobbed by fans. They loved him so much. Elvis was a prisoner in his own house because of his popularity. He loved his family, bought gifts for strangers,& got joy from doing it. Parker took 50 percent of money that Elvis made. What a shame. 46 years he’s been gone. Sometimes I wish I could get a time machine, go back in time, and whisk him away to a deserted island with nothing but fresh vegetables and healthy fruits. To get all the drugs out of his system, to ground him so he can return back to what it was. I pray that he is not resting in peace, but rather joyful in heaven, singing his heart out to the King of the universe as he lives and explores the boundless edges of the universe that our heavenly Father created.

@@KenRossJordan I even had a friend that went to several of his parties. He asked me if I wanted to go and I YES!!! Problem was we were on the phone and my Mother was listening on the extension!! I was still a teenager then and I told my friend that I would clip out the window. Well!! Caught!! She heard every word. She walked in with a hammer and nails. NAILED MY WINDOW SHUT!! She turned to walk out and looked at me and smiled😩😩😩 I was not happy with her!!! Lol

Even when bloated and puffy, that gorgeous smile was still there.I just watch the anniversary of his passing and saw people still very emotional and crying after all these years..I haven't seen such a phenomena ever..He was and still is a wonder..but without pain,no more sorrow,no more tears but blissfully happy if he has reached out to Jesus in his last moments which I think he did, then he really is safe in Jesus arms. There is no way that he'll want to come back to this life of nothingness.. His legacy lives on

I cry to man every time I hear his voice or watch any video or anything at any age regarding Elvis Presley just because of his walk of love charm and good looks in time and place where he was a good sample of what to eat how to say this is even though you got teaches out world to change drugs using him as the first celebrity icons of his time because of his talent and also cuz of his humble good heart with easily manipulated and pushed to the brink of all kinds of problems that a celebrity of his kind only say so walk in his shoes after losing his mother everything is love and still had a heart of gold regardless of his faltering angry at times still was a believer and true love b like all else...Elvis's sales Trump Satan in the king of rock and roll it spread and love joy to people through gospel a different kind of love with Satan had mine in shortly particularly after his death signal until this love as he was like an angel God sent from above show us before the fix some of our corrupt evil culture the first to show you that had love in his heart through his creator why people love falling so much

This performance has been widely available on VHS and DVD for maybe 30 years. It is from the filming for "Elvis In Concert" although not originally shown in that 1977 TV broadcast. From the last tour in June 1977, yes, but NOT the last concert.

Sad how many were living off Elvis. Sad he was, not wanting to disappoint them. Sad the blind eyes, turned as what he did to himself. Evil is what they did even after Elvis Presley died. Squeezing every single penny there is, to still have Elvis support them.
The "Big Payday" will come to each one, by the one true KING !

It’s so sad that Elvis never got all the awards he deserved for how he could sing any kind of music. He could sing them all pop, country, r&b, rock, gospel. What other singer can do that but yet gets all kinds of awards. It’s sad the way he was treated and not appreciated. If he had of been maybe it would have motivated him to take better care of himself and if that manager of his was out of his life way b4 he passed so he could have fulfilled his dreams. RIP Elvis u will never be forgotten and always loved by billions of ppl.

He was the king of music. God gave him a voice. A gift everyone don't get. But the drugs took his Health. Not God. Elvis got anything he wanted. If one doctor didn't give him what he wanted. He find others who would. He payed them A lot of money. That was his down fall doctors . I hope Elvis went to heaven with his mom n DAD. He was a good heart it man with a drug problem. He had a lot of medical problems. God bless him his mom his twin Jess who died at birth. HIS DAD n grandmother. There will never be a Elvis Presley again. God bless you Elvis.
