I'm literally in masculine energy all the time. Exhibiting feminine energy makes me feel uneasy, but I'm going to work on it.
OMG! I get the same way sometimes but I’m much better at being more feminine nowadays!
I feel sometimes it takes strength to be in your feminine energy because when you act soft, and go with the flow - quite frankly sometimes people abuse that. So we use our masculine energy to be able to defend ourselves or be taken more seriously.
And sometimes you feel like you have to be careful where to allow yourself to embody femininity because people may take advantage of your softness and want to harm you bc you’re showing your vulnerability. That may be why it sometimes feels hard for us to switch out of masculine ways sometimes.

Asking for help, is something I do a lot. But nowadays, I find myself not asking anyone for help bc at my workplace, the first time I asked my manager for help, she told me to figure it out myself. Not even that, when I worked in college for the dean, she always told me to figure it out so now I find myself not asking anyone for help even when the inside of me is crying for help. I just figure it out and now I find myself telling others to figure it out. LOL. I need to stop that now bc my momma ain’t raise no fool. See how the world can easily change a person.

Yeah I understand but if you’re new to the job with no training, for ex. I’m a teacher. I was expected to be trained at least. But nah, the first day they put me in a class expecting me to know everything and I asked my manger one simple question, all she had to do was say “yes or no” but instead she said “figure it out yourself” I was able to figure it out but I made a mistake and she went off on me. So now every time I need help, I just go on google informs my students.😂😂 we google together

Hi 🙂 I love your videos. (In no way is this message meant to sound contradictory to what you teach in the video. I started telling about me and got carried away.) I quit dating because it isn't for me. About the no cell phone on a date thing I was told I am weird because I don't check my phone. It makes things awkward. I lack in feminine energy. I am at my best being a janitor in a production facility (factory) wearing my steel toe work boots and safety glasses. No one bothers me and I get to clean. It is the only time I really feel appreciated and satisfied with life. The rest of the time I am just weird. I live with my two cats. I love to journal and at the moment read fantasy novels. Men want a woman who has Netflix and a fave show and is on the phone and I guess doesn't read and write for fun. I try to be feminine. I like being a janitor. And I am unwilling to change for another person. I would rather be alone and independent. Thank you for reading this. 😄

You explained feminine energy so well. I used to struggle with the idea and did everything possible not to give off a feminine vibe, even though I loved dresses and high heels. But I've learned that there's nothing wrong with being a feminine woman especially if I want to attract a masculine man, and being feminine is not about my outward appearance.
I am still working on being present, getting out of my head and making eye contact. At first I worried that saying thank you and smiling (rather than being proud of my RBF) would not feel genuine, but I faked it until I made it. Now I'm a natural. My thank yous are heartfelt and audible, I smile to myself like I have a hidden joke and have more experiences of men greeting me and holding the door for me. Like you said, it feels so good to ask for and be given help.

My issue with these definitions of "masculine" and "feminine" is that it feels like we're putting people in these little boxes that don't exist. Wonder Woman is not a masculine character. She is fierce and powerful and a fighter in her *own* right, not because she's copying a "man's energy". Single fathers are not "feminine" because they take care of their kids. They are loving and protective in their *own* right, not because they are copying a "woman's energy". People are more nuanced than this. Just my 2 cents. Love you, Breeny! ❤

Strength isn't masculine and compassion isn't feminine. They are *human* traits. And we humans are far too complex to be stuffed into these tiny little boxes based on a label. Good video with useful practical points. I agree with the middle ground must be sought between overly masculinity & feminism. The 5 points you hit on are at the same time not too much for a woman to implement into her daily life and are a good foundation to begin with. As a BM I believe I can speak for most BM when I say yes, we LOVE femininity. Do not encroach on our "Man Territory". We are men and certain roles and responsibilities constitute the definition of being a Man and when a woman trespass on that it is an extreme turnoff. It's equal to a man doing the exact same thing to "Woman Territory". You'll look at that man in a totally different, unattractive light.

Thank you for the tips! I am horrible at taking compliments from most ppl (even my boyfriend 😫) but knowing that other people go through the same problem helps me relax. It is better to be grateful than to seem rude turning away a compliment.

I notice that I do that! I was walking one day and I was like omg I am giving off such masculine energy I can tell because men won’t treat me like a woman they will treat me like I’m another man and be aggressive with me
