Some very good alternatives: vaseline, rinsing nose/eyes and face with cold water, fexofenadine. Also, drink mild cold water to stay hydrated helps, have multi-vitamins and most importantly try buying 'local organic honey' from local beekeepers.
I find splashing my face with cold water really helps by washing off the pollens & dust from my face. Really soothing too & I take an antihistamine. Vaseline is a great tip. Thank you Abraham 👍

Every Monday I always look forward to your videos. My hayfever was bad 2 weeks ago. The tips you give are great and you do on excellent topics .
My of 9 years grandson has Rhinitis allergies, I bought Johnson and Johnson's baby shampoo, and told my grandson to open his eyes whilst I washed them with the shampo, and after that I never saw him rubbing his eyes in a very long time, try and get the yellow baby shampoo, cause I have taken note that the Johnson's baby shampoo today is white but the bottle is yellow but that made no difference. I firmly believe in Johnson's baby shampoo for itchy eyes.

Hey AbrahamThePharmacist. I am recently following all your videos and keep them up to date, but once I saw the video about how to treat cold feets - it hit me. I have the same issue. I cannot get over it. Everytime with or even without socks my feets are always COLD. Ice cold and sometimes it can hurt for more than 30 min or 1 hour if the same temperature is still. But when im in hot water bath and etc. it becomes warm, but then after a couple of minutes it loses warm and turns into stone cold. Im living in my room and the temperature is normal about 18-22 degrees celcius.... I dont know how to fix this and I feel stupid to go the doctor for such little thing.. maybe there is a way out.. or am I just lost? Please help ASAP!

For allergic rhinitis. Mix raw turmeric, raw ginger, natural honey, lemon or lime. You will never suffer like before again. Dont leave out turmeric
