Sooo tired of the constant runny nose, and weird sensation at times, in chest. The chest sensation, feels like it briefly cuts off my breath and I feel tired and have to sit down and take deep breaths. Very, very scary!!😞
Allergic Rhinitis is like dying every day. I have never suffered from this but since the beginning of covid around March of 2020 I started developing these symptoms. It is hell! It makes me feel weak, my right cheek and ear feel swollen and sinus headaches stem down to my neck. Until this year I was told I had allergic rhinitis and I was told about my blood work. The clinic I went to did a shitty job and gave me a stupid benadryl shot and steroid to help but nearly made me pass out driving home. I was given this medication but I'm scared I'll fall asleep. Rhinitis should be a disability for sure, like it really impairs you from daily duties. :( 🤕
Hey if you have allergic rhinitis you should try to eat some pineapple daily, It worked for me hope so works for you too😊 also take some coffee if you have swelling inside nose
I have it, but I always breath through my nose unless it's night and it's clogged, usually goes away in my sleep. Mouth breathing will screw you up over time.
@@knives5964 but I can't breathe with my nose tho, it's always blocked and only one hole opens TT so it's sucks for me, i can't breathe properly even if one hole is open
If anyone has breathing difficulties especially when trying to sleep. Try this: 1. Buy olbas oil 2. Put a few drops on a tissue 3. Put the tissue under your pillow 4. This worked for me. I hope it improves your sleeping. the oil is all natural so dont worry about side effects or anything like that. you can do your own research on this
I started a hyposensibilization therapy 3 months ago due to a heavy allergy against dust mites. So far is think I'm slightly feeling better, I even have some really good days once in a while but still most of the time my nose is completely blocked and I have facial pain and headache.
omg, im so happy there are people who can relate to me now. people seem to think its over reacting but its not. its the most annoying feeling! it ruins your entire day!
Having this allergic rhinitis since 3-4 years now...no one around me understands it...they think i just overreact...but i know that either side of my nose is always blocked and it is annoying and it makes me tired and sleepy.
A very good video on the subject! Thank you! I'd like to add to it. Changing your environment to that which has less severe temperature changes can help, also keeping your place as dust free as possible. Also, what seems to help, is you can grab the outside of your nose with your index finger and thumb from both sides and apply pressure from the top, and slowly squeeze and slide your fingers down to where the openings are. Kind of "milk your nose", (as if you were milking a cow) and all the liquid with the pressure will come out. But, don't press hard as to damage your nose only lightly and firmly apply pressure, and slide your fingers down your nose. (I am not a doctor, but I suffer from this also). Also, here in Mexico there is a small inexpensive over the counter pill we can take which controls it well. I'll update this post soon with the name of the pill. Personally I find if i use scented toilet paper to blow my nose it is terrible!, as it seems to exacerbate the problem even more, so when i shop i specifically look for "scent free" tissue or TP. When you're shopping in a grocery store, and you see those inexpensive microfiber cloths,..buy them! They are great for quickly wiping down desks, furniture etc, and it only takes a few minutes, yet it makes a lot of difference in the dust levels in your home. Wipe down your fan(s) or any appliance that moves air, or duct work etc..from dust.Try to keep the surfaces where your working dust free, it only takes a few seconds to wipe down your desk. Those little microfiber cloths are GOLD. // We did a video not long ago on a drink you can make which helps to clean out all your passages, it's made from common ingredients most homes have, or that you can buy in most supermarkets. That seems to help also. Anyway, that's my ten cents worth...
My nose is like this from the last 14 15 years. I have been on antihistamine and nasal sprays, they give relief for few hours but doctor said there is no cure and I have to keep taking them. It sucks
preciousromeoo I’m actually allergic to marijuana, I used to take nasonex or Nasacort and after smoking weed I realized it was doing the same thing as the steroids

I've had allergic rhinitis for a while now and I'm just getting to know it's actually an allergy I just thought it's how it is every single morning lol
The worst place it triggered was in examination hall , it was so embarrassing to sneeze like 50 times there . At one point I put the pen down and told my nose to STFU ! 101 likes , here's a remedy that works for me idk the rationale behind it but holding your breath helps me to reduce continuous sneeze . Since mostly it comes in morning so i immediately take a bath and try to hold my breath by drowning my head under water for 20sec , its weird but it stops the sneeze. Maybe it will help you too.
😂😂😂 don’t feel bad same here. I remember in nursing school my instructor had to excused to finish my exam after school bc my sneezing was so bad and I didnt wanna cause my fellow peers to lose concentration bc of my damn sneezing 🤧

Really nice video. This will surely help people relate their allergic symptoms to the nose, eyes and ears. Hello, this is Dr Kanchan from BIBO. Generally, people with allergies might not know the specific allergen that is actually causing them trouble. Some people may not even know that they are allergic to something. Hence it is always better to get an allergy test done to know the allergen causing you trouble. Knowing the specific allergen will help in better managing your condition by avoiding exposure to that allergen.
We will upload more soon, :) Not only of ent but also of other subjects too, help spread the word about our channel by sharing as much as you can in your medical community :)

i know i'm having it once i experience sinus headache and/or sore throat. when those initial symptoms are subsiding (sometimes they don't come to a halt), the next things i'd be dealing with are the endless nasal drip from my runny nose, persistent watery eyes, mucus in the throat that is very difficult to expel, itchy nose, malaise, fatigue, sneeze attacks, tinnitus, and existential crisis :)) and yes it's a cross i am bearing rn.

I have this for literally 5-6 year now, I can't even breathe with my nose :')) thank god I have a mouth
😂me having it frm 8 yrs....get ready for it😫
I have it, but I always breath through my nose unless it's night and it's clogged, usually goes away in my sleep. Mouth breathing will screw you up over time.

You feeling better now g?
If anyone has breathing difficulties especially when trying to sleep. Try this:
1. Buy olbas oil
2. Put a few drops on a tissue
3. Put the tissue under your pillow
4. This worked for me. I hope it improves your sleeping.
the oil is all natural so dont worry about side effects or anything like that. you can do your own research on this
Mohammed thanks for this info might try it.
Does this work for non allergic rhinitis?
Olbas oil is best for common cold. But not allergic rhinitis

I started a hyposensibilization therapy 3 months ago due to a heavy allergy against dust mites. So far is think I'm slightly feeling better, I even have some really good days once in a while but still most of the time my nose is completely blocked and I have facial pain and headache.
Is there no permanent solution, it's one year of suffering and I just feel like crying...
Hey @jyoti prajapati have you tried ayurvedic medicines?. Stop taking all animal products specially dairy and eggs, it creates mucus. It will help.
How you feeling now?
Use flomist nasal spray for 10 days twice a day and vitamin c tablets , LIMCEE
It's not one year of suffering . I've been suffering for four years now

@@Mecrox_98 can you focus on your work or study?
It sucks
preciousromeoo try medical marijuana it might take a while but itl work

The worst place it triggered was in examination hall , it was so embarrassing to sneeze like 50 times there . At one point I put the pen down and told my nose to STFU !
101 likes , here's a remedy that works for me
idk the rationale behind it but holding your breath helps me to reduce continuous sneeze .
Since mostly it comes in morning so i immediately take a bath and try to hold my breath by drowning my head under water for 20sec , its weird but it stops the sneeze. Maybe it will help you too.
Have faced the same situation. Sometimes I wonder if I'm cursed

After 3 months Im still experiencing it but not as bad as before. My ent told me that we need to treat my allergy on my nose before treating my inner ear. I just want to share this I want to know if other people are also experiencing this. Hugs🤗
