Found an Abandoned Go Kart - New Project

This abandoned go kart was found behind my aunt's house that she recently bought, she told me to come and get it if I wanted it. The history of this go kart is unknown except that it was moved around on the property a few times and the last time that it was started was about 5 or 6 years ago. It appears that this "Streaker" go kart had an engine upgrade at some point with a Predator 212 cc engine. I will be restoring and converting this go kart to electric. The predator engine will be used for a different project.

Awesome! It's exactly like the one I bought off craigslist cheap, except mine has a higher more triangular shaped seat.
It had no pull cord, so I got it started with a drill and raced it around the yard. Looks like yours at least has a newer Predator engine.
I'm going to restore mine for my son. Looking forward to seeing what you do with yours!

It turns out that the throttle cable was broken, carb was gummed up, and the fuel was stale, I really did try to start it off camera, no luck.
