@@konanthebarbarian2152 ഞാൻ രണ്ട് വർഷമായി ജൻ ഔഷധി മരുന്നുകൾ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് തുടങ്ങിയിട്ട്. എനിക്ക് ഒരു കുഴപ്പവും തോന്നീട്ടില്ല. മുൻപ് കഴിച്ചിരുന്ന മരുന്നുകൾ കഴിച്ചിട്ട് കിട്ടുന്ന അസുഖത്തിന് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന ആശ്വാസം പോലെ ഇപ്പോഴും ഉണ്ട്. ആദ്യം മാസം 5000 രൂപ വന്നിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ ഇപ്പോൾ 2000 രൂപയെ ആ മരുന്നുകൾക്കു ആവശ്യം വരുന്നുള്ളു. ഇത് എന്റെ അനുഭവം മാത്രമാണ്.

Excellent explanation., താങ്കൾ പറയുന്നത് ശെരിയായിരിക്കാം. പക്ഷെ എന്റെ അനുഭവത്തിൽ ചെറിയ വെത്യാസം ഉണ്ടായി. എന്റെ ഭാര്യ ഒരു cardiac രോഗിയാണ്. മാസംതോറും 2500 രൂപയോളം മരുന്നുകൾക്ക് ചിലവാക്കാറുണ്ട്. അങ്ങിനെ ഞാൻ ജനം ഔഷതിയിൽ നിന്നും വാങ്ങിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങി. 450 രൂപയിൽ താഴെ മാത്രമാണ് മൊത്തം മരുന്നുകൾക്കും കൊടുക്കേണ്ടിവന്നിരുന്നത്. ഒരു കൊല്ലത്തോളം ഇത് ഉപയോഗിച്ചു. ഇതിൽ പല പ്രശ്നങ്ങളും നേരിടേണ്ടിവന്നു. പ്രധാനമായും gastric problems and stomach disorder. വളരെ അധികം ആസ്പത്രികളിലേക്കുള്ള ഓട്ടം തുടങ്ങി. ഈ അവസ്ഥയിൽ വീണ്ടും ഞാൻ പഴയതുപോലെ branded medicines വാങ്ങി കഴിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങിയപ്പോൾ ഈ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ ഇല്ലാതായി.

The company supplying to Jan aushadhi should test in 2 labs and submit the results. Then after the medicine reaches the Jan aushadhi it will be crushed and send to another lab without mentioning any brand name or otherwise unidentifiable condition. Only if the medicine passes it will be given to customers. That's the rule anyway.

The problem is the efficacy of generic medicines can't be ensured unless the regulations become effective. And also my concern is the quality of properties used for making a generic medicine will be less and it will effect the efficiency especially when the price range differs much!!!
Luliconazole cream 1℅w/w is the one generic I use. The cost of it is much lesser
Yes recently i used their luliconazole 1% w/w it was much effective, within 1.5 days my jock itch went off..
