Many share the same form factor and function. Some are a bit more modular or cleaver with where they mount.
The Chute from Lunar Concepts looks a bit different from others but the way it functions is superb. The Chute runs deeper than other pouches and can wrap around you leg in order for it to keep steady. It also offers lips at the top to stop the contents from jumping out of the pouch. It doesn’t take up as much space on your belt as others and is able to be stowed in a small package until used.

I actually tore it up after I was done with it. But I just took a knife and cut two “molle slits” to rig it up like that.

Theyre all over the place: "plasma lighter" rechargebale using USB uses high voltage crossed electrodes for ignition. I keep one in my bug bag with a cable/usb solar panel to charge it.
