Guys better buy home with lot for Bella to roam around. Although condo is nice with play area for kids, nothing beats large lawn n yard. It’s good investment but for kids needs a yard to play outside.

It's even bigger than my mother-law's condominium in the suburb of Chicago. Half of that condo is bigger than a single wide mobile home in USA for the price of $100,000.00 without the land. And the building materials are all laminated, no posts on its corners. Just 2 by 2 soft wood for framing walls. Western homes are built like a box, take one wall down and entire structure goes down.
